Eric is the best!

Why do I keep calling roof clinic when I have issues with my roof? Its the courteous service I get from people like Eric. Hes always kind, fast to respond and fair in quoting out the repair. Even when its not something linked to the roof, they help id the leak and push you in the right direction to get it fixed.

It took another company Big ups to Ktm roofing for fixing the problem and work a good deal with me cause they felt bad for me because the Roof clinic cheated me.
Also that sorry lead inspector Eric was the one who can to look at my leach and never got on the roof. How you come to check on a leak from the roof a don't get up on the roof.
Lazy bum.

I called Roof Clinic for a quote on a smaller roof repair job. It's apparent some of these companies only care about the big money projects and I definitely felt that was my case. One of their reps eventually came out to inspect and I got my quote 7 days later! They wanted to charge me over $500 to get up on my roof and replace about 5 shingles! I just had another company, Pearl Roofing, come out and complete the job, same day, for $150. I am so glad I trusted my gut and kept looking. Although nice and respectful, this company was slow and their prices are outrageous.

The roof Clinic is a good company they arrived on time did a inspection on the roof and inside my house to make sure they fixed the leak. I'll definitely call Eric again for any Roofing problem.

Update:

After my review, Tomeka contacted me.
Apparently this time of year has inundated them with a great deal of business and I somehow got lost in the shuffle. Realizing my urgent need for help, she offered an inspection the next day (Saturday) when they're normally closed.

Eric came out and was a complete courteous professional.
He offered advice on my roofing issue (chimney repair)
And suggested a timeline for future roof maintenance.

This was a positive experience and I hope to do business with them in the future.

I was contacted by Tomeka through email right after I requested a quote.
Tomeka gave me a number to call.

I left three messages over a week, and no one called me back.

I called the main number and left a message with a live person for Tomeka.

It's been at least two weeks now, and no one ever got back to me. My roof continues to leak.

We worked with Eric who was very professional and assisted us through the process of replacing our roof. During the initial consultation he inspected our roof and identified wind and hail damage sufficient to make a claim with our insurance company. He showed us the photos of the roof and explained in detail how the weather caused the damage. With that information we submitted a claim to our insurance company and proceeded to get a new roof from Eric. The installation of the roof went smoothly. The end result was fantastic and I couldn't be happier.

We did shop around with four different roofing companies. The estimates varied widely and so did the sales approaches. Some companies were more aggressive in their sales tactics and tried to push their extended warranties. We selected Eric because of his professionalism, communication, and follow through. I would highly recommend The Roof Clinic and Eric for all roofing needs.

We had a minor roof leak in our library. Initially we called the brother in law of one of our remodeler friend (recent acquaintance) . He literally wanted to change the pitch of the roof and make major changes at huge cost. Not believing what was said, we decided to call Roof clinic with so many positive reviews. Eric came in next day. It was raining. He took out a ladder and climbed on the roof. He pushed out a lot of dead leaves causing a dam like back up at a corner of our roof. Once all the debris was removed all the water flowed out and the leak stopped. His suggestion was to keep the roof clean by blowing off all the dead leaves falling on it during spring and fall season. There was no charge from Eric. Sign of a very honest man and company. We have recommended him to our remodeler friend of 35 years. I am sure he will continue to provide impeccable HONEST service. It is extremely rare to find such great companies and people. We wish them the best and would definitely call them back in case of any roof problems in the future.

Water coming through my ceiling and I thought it was going to be bad. Eric Thomas from The Roof Clinic was able to come out right away even though the weather was bad. Upon inspection, he shared that it was not the roof at all but an issue with the air conditioning system. He checked the rest of the roof out for any other issues but found none. I asked what I owed him for his time and he said nothing, just happy to help. I know who I will call in the future if the need ever comes up... Great company with great employees!!!

I could not recommend Roof Clinic enough. Eric and Tomeka were terrific to work with each step of the way. I had worked with Roof Clinic on a small leak a couple years ago. They were very pleasant then so when we had storm damage I knew just the people to call. Eric walked me through the steps with the insurance process and then arranged to meet the insurance adjuster at my house for the inspection. We now have a new roof and the process could not have gone smoother.

Tomeka is super sweet and kind over the phone and email and Eric is just an amazing dude in person and took care of us from beginning to end. Call this team for any roofing needs that you may have!
