Worst Roofing Company EVER ! We had complete roof's replaced on our Lanai and our Main Roof Just shy of $24000.00 From Hurricane Irma Damage. Well 2 years later after calling them back to try and fix numerous issues and we still have major leaks and issues going on?? All we have wanted is for them to fix the issues their workers have caused us?? We have been MORE THAN Patient!!! Now we are asking for them to totally replace both of the Roofs due to Majorly poor workmanship that was done? We have found out that the Owner Chris Long knows of our problems and knows that the Roof's are both faulty and should both be redone due to poor workmanship, but NO !!! He told his employee that he will not replace them just patch things up half ass, just so it gets by the 5 year warranty mark??? What the hell is wrong with this picture??? Dude you took our money and have screwed us in more ways imaginable .. Chris Long with The Roof Authority should be shut down with treating customers this way.. You are hiring workers that are NOT Qualified and then you let them go because they are not qualified because they are NOT doing a good job. Now you have the workers that are still employed doing half ass fix ups to try and shut the customer up.. Well not going to Happen Chris Long, you will be seeing us in court and you will pay to have our Roof replaced in good working order., the way it should have been done since day 1!!! Anyone thinking of using this Company, You should turn away and find a true Company who stands behind their work??? Also anyone else in this sad situation with this Company needs to follow us and go to the State of Florida and file a Complaint, they should not be able to get away with this Stuff!

Very Unprofessional and irresponsible. They leave nails and trash all over the job site and if you happen to pick up a nail in your tire from them dont even think about asking for them to pay for the tire. I have tried to get reimbursement for over 45 days for a tire and now have to take legal action to try and get reimbursed.

They are very unreliable had Dan Riley and Omar out for a estimate on roof replacement on March 22, 2019 said they would go back to office and e mail a proposal. Here it is April 1, 2019 and haven't heard anything from them. I would recommend calling anyone but them for work.
