We recently used Reliable Roofing & Retro -Fit for our new roof. The whole team was very professional. Sam explained everything in detail to us how they would do it from start to finish. Me and my wife are very pleased with how it turned out. Thanks to Sam we got a beautiful new roof which was long over do. I highly recommend this place.

Michael N. in Burbank couldn't have said it better in his review. Everything he wrote was literally the exact same experience for me. And their estimate was way overpriced. They were $11,000 higher than two other bids I received. I hired Ron Anderson roofing. I will write a separate review on their Yelp profile page once they do the work.

I requested quotes fro. Yelp for air conditioning repair and this company messaged me. I asked them some questions and their price was fair.. but the I saw the other reviews.. when I asked them for HVAC License they said they didn't need one.

They dont have one! Fraud company advertising as contractors

In our search for accredited and experienced roofers, we were promptly answered by Reliable Roofing. Because Sam was polite, professional and thorough in his review, while reasonable and accommodating in pricing, we chose this company over three others. Although time was not an issue for us, workers were out at 6am the very next morning to cover the roof for protection from forecasted rain. Everyone was respectful of our home and Covid-19 procedure, was hardworking, and cleaned up each day. Sam was considerate in communicating with us throughout the process--and responsive to us. They neatly removed, stacked, matched and restored all of our original tiles. Replacement of compromised wood was more than adequate so that there were no issues with the inspection. Sam even helped dust the skylight shaft and install the fire alarms we needed. Completion of our whole roof was sooner and more effortless than expected. We are content with the excellent job - and the fifty-year warranty.

Our garage roof was pooling water and causing a waterfall. We worked with Andy. He was easy to talk to, easy to reach, and he did explain the job. The office staff were easy to talk to as well. I would have given a 5 but the job got super expensive (BUT they did offer discounts), some of the teams were messy (repeatedly), & some debris didn't get hauled away. I learned a lot working with them. I'd call them for future quotes but would certainly ask more questions to really determine the scope / cost of the job. Definitely would ask for more detailed steps in the project and things that could go wrong and would raise the cost. If this rating was just for Andy, he'd get a 4.5 . The material they used would get a 5 rating.

I recently had my roof done when I discovered a leak in my roof. The company responded to my inquiry very quickly, same day as a matter of fact. The roof was inspected and the issues were presented to me in a very understandable way. The quote was provided with a detailed description of the products they use and what the time.line would be. They met their timeliness, worked very clean and I could not be more happy with how the roof and rain gutters came out. I would have no issue recom6them to anyone and I will use them.for future projects as well.

I'm not nor need to write too much, other than they are The WORST!! Don't waste your money.
Got 5 estimates and they cane the highest by far, not only that, but when I told him what I've gotten he suddenly changed it to more than half off...I am not exaggerating.
He was Rude, arrogant and condescending.
They will put you on a spot...it's either decide right then or they are out too. This happened 3 months ago but had forgotten to put a review to make sure others don't get taken.

We had a small roof leak. I received quotes from 7 or 8 other companies ranging from $2,800 to $5,000. These guys were 3 to 5 times over that!

When I first called, it was important that my wife be home. High-pressure sales tactic even before they arrived on the scene! That should have been my first clue.

These guys didn't even go on the roof to look at it. In all fairness, it was raining. Nevertheless, based on their so-called observations from the ground, they came up with the following:

$3,000 to tarp my roof to temporarily protect it during the rain. Presumably, the tarp is reusable and they would get it back in a week or two.

$13K to patch the roof in various places in addition to the one roof leak (not sure how they assessed that from the ground)

$20K for a new roof, even though the other companies said that was not necessary.

AGAIN-- THEY DID NOT GO ON THE ROOF TO ASSESS IT!

On the bright side: If I decided to go with the $13K repair or the $20K repair, they would credit back the $3K for the tarp!

As I write this, I'm getting more infuriated. Beware of these smooth talkers!

Very disappointed! Our roof still leaks and we apparently have no recourse. We should have know when they showed up with the wrong material and did the minimal amount of work possible to make it seem that they completed the job. Reliable?...NOT

Let me start off by saying I'm very skeptical of companies I'm not familiar with due to past experiences. My family home was having roofing problems and the rain was making it apparent. I was in contact with Scott to figure out a solution and he was very understanding, patient and open with us. He was on schedule with the promises and deadlines that were promised to us and gave me a great price compared to a few companies in my area. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone looking for a easy, headache free service.
