Beware!! DONT DO IT!!!! my house is 1450 sq ft, they quoted $27,000 for a new roof. Mysteriously it went down to $16,000 after back and forth. Now they call me 4 to 5 times a day after I have begged them to stop.
Pam B.Reliable Roofing is a roofing that is extremely professional. Needed to have my roof replaced (which I already knew) yet was surprised how efficient and timely they were in the demolition, decking & shingle application. Their cleanup was also top notched. Now mind you, they are NOT the cheapest roofers in town however you get what you pay for plus ""certificate of warranty"". I am very pleased with this experience!
Marcus G.An entire re-roof job. Done with asphalt shingle. I believe they used only top quality products. They started the job on time, and finished very close to the scheduled finish date. I could not be happier with their performance and professionalism. During the course of our interactions, I had very pleasant dealings with various members of their crew, staff and laborers -- all of whom couldn't have been more helpful and professional... wanting to ensure my happiness and satisfaction
Don't be fooled by this company's smooth sales pitch and high pressure to sign the contract ""before it's too late"". Jack, the person that came to do the estimate and my main contact during the job, rarely showed up at the time he said he would, if at all. He would go weeks without any contact with me after I signed the contract. He told me the job would take max 4 weeks, but should be done in 2. The job took over 3 months to finish. There was a lot of damage to my property and trash left behind. When I complained I was told it ""was not reasonable to expect"" all the trash to be picked up. When they didn't do some of the work that was specifically outlined on the contract I was told again it ""was not reasonable to expect"" that to be done as it was too much work. Jack also directly lied to me and hung up on me on multiple occasions. I escalated my issues to Jack's supervisor, David, who did nothing. I further escalated my concerns to Vic the regional manager, none of my questions we addressed I was just told I could have a walk through with someone from their quality department when the job was finished. I took a month for them to send someone out once they claimed to be done with the job. Please do not hire this company. You WILL regret it.
Ming H.This review is based upon the first and initial phone encounter with these guys. Once they have your number, they will robo call you incessantly every 4 hours indefinitely, no voice message, they do not get the picture. It's to the liking of telemarketers and the only way to stop the robo calls is to mark their number as spam. I would say the last time I've felt this way is at a car stealership. In this case, it's a roof stealership.
Based upon these sales and marketing tactics, I will not be hiring these guys as they will use the same method of harassment to coerce you into doing something you do not want to.
I feel sorry for those other one star 48 reviews that they had to experienced from this business. That and all the cases filed at the BBB. No thanks.
We've been living in home for 15 yrs and although we had not experienced any leaks or problems (so we thought) we decided to get our roof replaced. Although I had 4 quotes from companies that I wasn't to impressed with decided to hire Reliable Roofing and Retro-Fit. NOW I wish I would have continued my search.
Please don't get me wrong I am pleased with the overall work that was done on my roof however I did have three issues that I feel are important to mention.
1. When going over the quote with Andy he specifically stated ""We cover up to 15% sq footage on any wood replacement any additional wood would be at a cost to you."" I asked him what would that entail and he said like the plywood. It might be a couple of more pieces might be a lot more we don't know until we take of the shingles. he said "" might be hundreds to a couple of thousands""
So in my mind a couple of thousand (no more that 5k right?) Well once the shingles were taken off apparently all the plywood needed to be replaced on the entire roof with the cost skyrocketing to be 75% more of the original cost. I do also want to mention that they did provide a 10% discount in the end and it's greatly appreciated. However it still was not a couple of thousand as stated by Andy.
2. Andy had stated that they they would tarp all around our house. ""keep all your grand kids and dogs safe from the debris"" Well that was done on day one but not well. After the 2nd day after they left for the day I went around the house picking up pieces of thin wood (6-10 inches long) and NAILS from my plants, grass and cement. I'm still cautious on allowing my grand kids to go on the grass because I got stuck with a nail in my foot.
3. After we requested clean up to remove debris left in attic
Again, I am happy with the final product of the roof itself.
Reliable Roofing team are amazing! They were on top of every detail and the communication between us as the best. My sister and I recommend this truly professional company and their entire staff. Arco was our contact person, he was very patient and always returned our calls. All permits were obtain super fast and it was a very clean job.
Thanks to all of you.
Regards

Reliable Roofing agents tried the same routine on me that so many other reviewers here have mentioned: roof inspection, followed by on-the-spot cost estimate twice as high as any other roofer's estimate, followed by a call to the boss to see if there are any ""discounts,"" which naturally there are, bringing the price down by about a fourth, followed by a few other ""discounts"" bringing the final price in at about 50% higher than my highest other bids, followed by high pressure tactics to get me to sign their contract or else the ""price won't be good tomorrow."" They backed off immediately by my saying, ""If I have to give you an answer now without reviewing my other bids, then the answer is 'No.'
After reading the other reviews here, it seems this is their modus operandi. All I can add is caveat emptor.
I canceled a visit for a quote on June 2 due to a minimum $2500 PAYMENT for a 500 dollar repair as quoted by 2 other roofing companies. Ever since I cancelled the appointment I have been receiving calls 3 to 4 times a day and when I did answered it was a disconnected line recording. I tried contacting Brad and then talked to the manager Tito Martinez who said that my number was placed in a recycling call bin. I asked that they stop the harrasment however this continues. The number is blocked however I notice the daily calls still occurring. I told the manager that I would not elevate my concern with his company By stopping the calls but unfortunately he was just passifying me with a lie. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER AND BE CAREFULL WITH THERE HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS IN CASE YOU FALL FOR THERE OVER THE TOP CRAZY ESTIMATES. I WOULD BE CRAZY TO DO BUSNESS WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE HARRASMENT AND THE EXPENSE.
Stephanie T.We sent through for an estimate but were told there's a $2500 minimum so we went with another company.. Then, an employee Brad has called 3 or 4 times everyday, average of 3 times a day. My husband blocked his calls because of this, irs been going on for a month now, at this point, it seems like harassment! Be careful who gets your number!
