What an experience! I was recommended to give them a call for a quote and I am extremely glad I did. I spoke with Artin over the phone and he arrived at my house right at our scheduled appointment and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about roofing. Answered all my questions without hesitation.

I had already received 2 quotes from other companies but they could not get started on the roof for 3-4 weeks. Artin told me he would have a team within a week and have the roof completed asap. After we agreed on a deal, he followed up the following morning and 2 days later there was a crew working on my roof. He delivered his promise and did it for an amazing price.

We paid $29,000 for 2000 sqft of roof.

Simple, they'll super low ball the quote to lock you in. Then they wait till day 3 when the roof is completely stripped to tell you, you need new boards for an extra 10K, even though it was pretty obvious from the first inspection. It's a complete con and I fell for it. Don't fall for it, go with someone else and get them under a contract so they can't screw you like they did me.

I booked an appointment (for a roof inspection and estimate) for a Sunday afternoon (10/14/2018). On Saturday the 13th, the office called to say they'd be there in a couple of hours (i.e. a day early). I said that my appointment was actually for the following day; that I didn't have time in a couple of hours, but someone could come right away as I had about an hour to spare right then. Serg came in half an hour, was very nice and gave a thorough inspection, pointing out many dire dangers & recommending a complete roof replacement. He wanted to give me a 'presentation' and I didn't have time that day, but asked him to email me an estimate. He never did. 11 days later I emailed the office & asked when I could expect to receive the estimate. It's now 3& 1/2 weeks later; never heard back from them again. Not high marks on the 'responsive' scale. I hired someone else.
