I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area most of my life, where solar panels aren't on most homes, so my knowledge of Solar Panels was nada. When we bought a new home with solar panels in Woodland, we learned the hard way. Last month, I received a PG&E true-up bill for more than $1k! The PG&E rep gave me a quick crash course: clean your panels. Since there's no way I'm getting on the roof of my house, I searched for a solar maintenance business on the NextDoor App - Viola! I found The Orange Solar.

They came out the next day to clean my panels, which would give me +30% absorption. You can't tell from ground level that it was covered in dirt and bird droppings. There were all sorts of bird nestings beneath it, which would damage my roof over time. At the same appointment, they discovered my inverter was faulty. They contacted the manufacturer and got them to cover it under my warranty, and Orange Solar replaced it for a reasonable price the next day after receiving the part.

They are very thorough, they love to help the locals, they are affordable, and they are overall good people. They are the only certified business in Woodland that does this stuff. I highly recommend The Orange Solar!!!!

I spotted their signs around town, and met them at the Farmer's Market a couple weeks back. For $149, they cleaned the panels on our garage roof and did a fantastic job.

Prompt, professional, and safe work practices - definitely recommend them.

Robert from Orange Solar was very friendly, but also extremely good at cleaning our panels. We live in the country on the Highway so they get so dirty you can't even see the panels. They look like new or better.

These guys came out to clean my solar panels. They were right on time, very knowledgeable, explained everything that was going on, and did an amazing job.

I hired The ORANGE Solar Company to clean my solar panels last week and they did an excellent job! They were right on time, and Robert, the owner was very nice. They were efficient and used good quality equiptment and they are licensed and insured. My panels and sky lights look very clean and our solar power has improved 11%. . I would definitely recommend them. They are locally owned and operated which I like.
