Had a good experience with Trey! I was able to get my roof replaced and he was there for me every step of the way. I was approved for a new roof by my previous insurance since the hail storm happened around that time. Thanks Trey

All seems good until you actually have an issue. Take to heart, this review comes from someone who has actually known the owner Trey for over 10 years and has personally had 2 roofs done for myself, guttera, and a roof for my sister (countless other referrals) . Thought we were friends. Of all people, a friend is someone you expect to stand by their work. NOPE. Instead he just casts blame on everyone but himself. Sure, he'll send you more guys to fix the issue, as long as you pad his pockets even more. He is only about him him him and what can he make on the back end for filling out some paperwork and arranging a Crew (he literally sits in his truck for the whole job). I have done this man many favors over the years, never even charged for them. Coming down to issues I had with my install, he blames everything on me. I told him right after the install we had some issues...he kept saying ""I'll come check them out"" for months on end. I fixed some myself (should have never had to) but sucked it up. My 'friend' was busy, I can handle it. But now I have MAJOR leaks and inspection problems and instead of taking ANY responsibility he casts it all on me and me not prepping things right etc etc. You know what, you're supposed ""professional"" Crew should have been able to spot anything that needed addressed during an install and either called it out or fixed it, not just cover it with shingles and say their work is done. The problem with Trey is he's money hungry. Even his social media posts he is always talking about how he can make the next buck etc etc. It's all he seems to care about. So when he arranges that Crew to come do your roof, he is gonna just go find the cheapest Crew he can at the time and put them on the job to make sure his cut is as big as possible. Trust me, he NEVER has the same Crew for this reason. He will then up-charge you on everything he can to pad his own pockets when you could have probably found that same Crew yourself online for cheaper direct. Then, when you have an issue, it's gonna be ""pay up or no service."" And again, that quote is gonna be as high as possible so he can make his ""service fee"" along the way. Don't buy the line that he's getting you a bargain on the repair or install, he's not. Don't buy the line that he stands by his work, he doesn't. Don't think he's a good guy, he's not. Feel free to reference parts of our conversation in the attached images. And pictures of the HUGE leak I have and a flat ridge letting water in at the peak. Those weren't even all the issues. You can see he kept ""saying"" he'd come check out the issues I had but never actually did. After finally getting past people not wanting to work because of Covid and finally getting things done to point of inspection I find out just how bad things are and he doesn't even care unless he makes his money. I won't even show the racial slur he used during our conversation. He's not who you want to deal with for your roof, water heater, or whatever market he is trying to make money in at any given time. Take heed to my situation and fact he has now just cast aside a friend of 10 years because he doesn't wanna shell out any of that extra money he made to rectify an issue his guys should have caught. Money is all that matters to him, period.

The second call to my home warranty company for the same roof issue is how The New Roof got the job. Other guys only wanted to patch up the issue which to me meant gaining more money down the line. But Trey was thorough and explain everything to me with no pressure. The entire process could not have gone smoother from start to finish. Trey was always prompt, always keeping me in the loop, and very professional. When he said he would there, he was. I am in love with my new roof!! I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know that owns a home!!

Trey is one of the most easy going people I have worked with. It is true what it says on the side of his truck ""We will work it out!"" He is a man of his word and he is really easy to talk to. I recommend anyone who is looking to do anything with their roof to use The New Roof! Great customers service, awesome results!

I had a leak, and gave them a call. They came out right away and placed a tarp. Then after inspection they said I needed a new roof. They worked with my insurance and we were able to get a new roof! Thank you The New Roof! Highly recommend.

Trey and his staff were AMAZING. The whole processes went very well. I highly recommend him. I was soo impressed with his work. I referred him to both my sisters. They both got their roofs done by trey and his staff.
