I needed to have my roof inspected. I just painted the inside of my house complete with new doors and shutters. It's been over 25 years since the roof was replaced. It wasn't leaking but the ridge line of the house was missing all the shingles. We went through Yelp since we had a great experience in the past. We contacted local roofers and builders and Haim came out to inspect the next day - he inspected the roof, attic and back patio. Had a special with gutters as well. We signed with Local Roofers and we're very happy with full experience. Haim was very thorough as were his crew in working, clean up and overall being friendly. Everything was completed including inspection within one week! Highly recommend this company and Haim.

If I could give 6 stars... or more.. I would. I called and got 2 estimates prior to calling Brett. One quoted me at $2600, but said he would give me a $350 discount if I give him
a referral. The second guy said $1500-$2000. Haim came the next day, took a look at the damage and quoted me a price that was less than 1/5 the price of the original guy! I said, ""When can you start?"" He said, ""Tomorrow, maybe even today."" And two hours later, he was back with the shingles and repaired the spot in an hour-and-a-half. If you look at it, you would never know it had been repaired. Unbelievable service, unbeatable price and excellent workmanship. I won't use another roofing company. Thanks so much, Haim!

I really needed my roof repaired before today as we have tons of rain pouring throughout CA. Mr. Haim responded promptly by text even coming out and doing the work on Friday which was only one day after I made the request on the job. He provided pictures and a detailed description of the work done and he did the job thoroughly and professionally. His prices are reasonable, and he used the proper tools to do the job (wearing special shoes so he wouldnâ t further damage the roof). I would definitely recommend The Local Roofers & Builders for any roof job needed to be done. His prompt action gave me peace of mind and he showed up just before the rains started. I definitely plan to use them again if I need to repair or replace my roof.

It was a pleasure to work with The Local Roofers and Builders . Haim was responsive, and professional. Licensed and insured. I ended up with a great roof. More details: I contacted several roofers, and joined them on the roof of my house looking at various details that needed addressing. I have a mixed roof, with some shingled areas and other flat areas. It presents a number of concerns, not just limited to the complexities of how to keep things watertight, but also including details such as where water is legally allowed to drain. Haim was the star of the lot that I spoke to. While all the experts I contacted had some insight as to why my roof had issues, Haim was far more insightful and comprehensive about what needed to be done to effect a permanent solution. In some areas, the crew ended up stripping and (due to site requirements) hand carrying away a total of three old wonky layers of roofing, and then installing a new, modern roof. I was impressed with their efficiency and care. I can head into our next rainy season with confidence.

We have a rambling ranch house of 3800 sq.ft. built in 1948 with a double wood-shake roof, the second added in the late 1970s. Also a guest house of 1500 sq.ft. with the same. Removal of these roofs was a HUGE project. The new roofs look much better than I would have expected. The crew used by The Local Roofers and Builders does outstanding work. There were unexpected difficulties encountered along the way; for example, raccoons had damaged the air duct work in the house with accompanying asbestos problems. The Local Roofers crew efficiently dealt with all of these problems. Haim supervised the work and we could not be more pleased with everything. We chose the right company when we decided to go with The Local Roofers and Builders .

From the very start of providing a quote, all the way through completion of the job (and even invoicing), Local Roofers and Builders demonstrated the utmost professionalism, as well as a genuine respect for their customer. I received half a dozen quotes for replacing my roof, as it was just time to replace due to age and not because of any damage. Honestly, a lot of companies seemed disinterested when they found this was not an insurance job. Haim never made us feel like that, and was incredibly responsive to any and all of our questions. He showed up on time, never pressured us, delivered a multiple option quote within days, and that quote was ultimately the most competitive. On top of that, we were going on vacation in a week and a half after deciding to go with them, and preferred to have it done while we weren't home, and Local Roofers and Builders made that happen! Schedulers kept you updated all the way along. Haim was an awesome project manager and we never had a single concern while they were working. He called us right as they arrived and ensured we didn't have any questions or things he could address, and then he kept everything right on time that week, before any weather hit. We felt like we were in good hands with Haim throughout the project. We couldn't have been more pleased when we returned home to our new roof. It looked like a new house!! Their clean-up was immaculate, it was like they were never there. On top of being the most competitive, they did not require a dime before the project began (some companies were asking for as much as 50% down), and invoiced us a week or so after completion with an incentive for their customers to pay within 15 days, which we took advantage of. To me, that seems like a company that wants to continue to have you as a customer for decades to come, and not just for this project. I could not be more impressed by Haim, the crew and everyone that were involved!!! Thank you for your help !!

Our roof needed repairs, but it was daunting trying to figure out the best company to choose from the many who rang our doorbell. However, the situation was quickly resolved when a rep for The local Roofers and Builders stopped by. Turns out, this was the company that last replaced the roof on our house,l (before we were here), and he had a binder full of photos and documents to prove it. Why NOT go with a company whose roof-work lasted that long, kept detailed records of that work, and was STILL in business? Done.

It turned out to be a good choice and a terrific experience.

Haim was great to work with, and he made the whole process as smooth as such things can be. He worked directly with my insurance company whenever possible, with my involvement only required at critical moments. He worked with us to find the best color and style of shingles for our house, and he constantly provided updates throughout the process, quickly responding to any questions or concerns I might have.

The actual work was completed in one day, which doesn't always happen. Haim was there for much of that day, making sure things were done properly and identifying areas that needed additional repair-work were attended to as they were discovered. (You don't always know what you're going to get until you remove those old shingles.) End result, we now have a roof that looks fantastic and enhances the appearance of the house, and we can rest assured that the roof is safe and secure.

I highly recommend working with The Local Roofers . And try to get Haim as your rep, if you can. (No offense to the other fine folks at the company; in fact, if Haim is an example of the quality professionalism to be found on their staff, you'll be in good hands no matter who you get.)

From start to finish, Haim was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The time and care he took right at the start with the initial inspection of the roof showed me immediately that he knew what he was doing and he is not going to cut corners. Everything was explained to me in great detail from the materials to the entire process and there were no hidden items in the quote or contracts. From start to finish the whole team was on time, professional and everything was cleaned up after each day was done. We hired them to also replace fascia boards and gutters (another of their expertise)
The new roof and fascia they installed makes my house look brand new. Haim take great pride in his work and it shows 100%! He went above and beyond for my project and I would recommend him to anyone looking for any roofing needs whether its a repair or a whole new roof and gutters like my project! The Local Roofers & Builders did a great job putting a new roof on our one story house. Haim was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns (a new roof is a big expenditure after all) and provided us with suggestions on the best course of action based on his experience and the particulars of our house. Their pricing was competitive. The crew was on time and efficient - they covered all the surrounding lawn, shrubs, and A/C unit with tarp and when necessary they also covered windows with plywood. Afterwards, trash was picked up and nails were cleaned up with a magnetic roller. Haim was in and out multiple times during the whole process and was able to answer any questions we had. They finished installing the new roof in one day. And Haim did a final walk through with us.
There's a 10 year workmanship warranty that comes with the new roof, which definitely puts our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend The Local Roofers & Builders (in fact, Haim will be installing a new roof for my parents as well).
