I am very delighted with Manuel and staff. Manuel is professional, polite, and honest. After several bids, I decided to sign with Manuel. He has very reasonable pricing and did not try to upsell me. He immediately emailed all the necessary insurance documents along with the contract. Manuel and staff replaced the existing roofing material and downspout in the lightwell. There was a leak from the lightwell leading into the garage. Manuel's staff is a bunch of happy guys: they laugh, sing, and joke around while working. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Manuel and would use his services in the future.

Manuel removed an old tar and gravel and replaced it with a modified bitumen on my SF in Bernal Heights. He was polite, answered all my questions, competitively priced, and sent me pictures of each stage of his work. Though delayed for a few months due to COVID-19, we reconnected recently to reset and get it done. Manuel was even good enough to meet us at the skylight maker for our approval of the design. Manuel was courteous, responsive and did a marvelous job for me. Highly recommend!

i worked with Manuel on a full roof replacement. Not only was the price very competitive but more importantly they did the work properly. They pulled a building permit and properly flashed the side of our building including flashing under the existing stucco wall in lieu of a surface application. After their work was completed i inspected the perimeter of the space barely found any sign that they were there.

Manuel replaced my tar and gravel flat roof back in June for 2020. It was in Daly City.. I was putting solar panels on so it didn't want to have the roof problem. The price was more than fair. He was on time and cleaned up daily. I felt confident in recommending him to my friends mother Inlaw.

Last year, I had a leak and Manual and his crew came out on Thanksgiving to address it. He was prompt and did a great job of patching the roof. I just had him out again to look at the roof and see if I needed additional work before the rains hit. He was responsive and prompt and gave me an honest assessment. Highly recommend him.

I recommend Manuel and Last Detail Roofing to anyone! I'd give him six stars if I could! We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. I contacted Last Detail Roofing and three other roofing contractors. Manuel offered a reasonable proposal for fixing the leak, whereas others wanted to inflate the job (and the price!). One even tried to sell me a new roof, which was completely unnecessary. I'm so glad to have found an honest and reliable roofing contractor, and I agree with others who have rightly described Manuel as a hidden gem!

Manuel is a hidden gem. I called him after the first guy I contacted flaked on me and stood me up. I had a leaky light well that was flooding my basement during the heavy rains. Manuel came over the same day I called, assessed the problem, and proposed a simple, elegant and affordable solution. We scheduled the repair 3 weeks out (lots of people with leaks this winter!) and when the time came he was prompt, efficient and courteous. He made the repair quickly and for the lower end of his estimate. I found him very responsive to my questions and concerns. I will be calling him when my (older) roof is ready for replacement.

It all started so well, Manuel was responsive, visited our home, provided a reasonable quote. I gave the go ahead for the work, then nothing. Calls and texts with no response at all for over three weeks. Now I have to start all over again.
