I recently used The Gutterman for my Kona house after seeing the on-line reviews. He was fantastic. He came by and called me with an estimate within about 15 minutes. For unrelated reasons, I needed the gutters within 6 days. He gave us a date and showed up on-time as promised. Despite the rush, his price was competitive and he did not try to take advantage of me and my timing.

He installed the gutters as promised and was very professional. A few days after the installation, we had a heavy rain downpour. The gutters worked great except for one minor leak in one corner. I called and he came the next day. He is very proud of his work; rightfully so. He showed me that the issue was actually a roofing issue not the gutter. Nonetheless, he installed flashing to fix the roof issue without any additional charge. As he left, he said -- ""don't hesitate to call if there are any further issues."" Wow!

I highly recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

May not be Dependable nor TRUST WORTHY

I cannot imagine how this company stays in business! The husband and wife came out to give an estimate. The wife and husband were arguing with most of what he was saying to me. (NOT A GOOD SIGN). I understood what the husband was explaining and why. Then, I had to call three times to get a written estimate which was finally received on 01/26/21. After accepting the bid, I was told that depending on the weather, the installation would be about two to three weeks out. No problem. The installation date had to be changed, and she said it would be about three weeks out again. Not a problem. So, I waited over two weeks for their phone call then I tried to contact this company and see where I was on their schedule. It has now been over two weeks and they have NOT returned any of my 6+ messages. This was a $3,200.00 job. I now see from their past reviews that they have not changed nor improved. With this level of C/S, I am glad they did not start my job. I still need gutters and have lost two months of planning this home improvement.
FROM MY POSITION, I CANNOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I am so glad I had the Gutterman Kona do this job. They look fantastic. Makes the home look much more finished. They came on time worked hard all day and left the property completely clean of all old gutters and debris. We couldn't be happier with the way the gutters work and they look great. If your home deserves the best then call Gutterman Kona you won't be disappointed.

The Gutterman came to scope out the work for my house. Said he would send an estimate via email. No estimate sent. Called and left messages three different times but no response. Horrible service. Unreliable. Irresponsible. Sad that people in business have no integrity.

I called 6 times before they actually came out to give me an estimate - then I scheduled and they were sooooo busy it was 5 weeks out, then they did not show up, and never called... I called 3 more times to try to reschedule.. a female finally answered and said she would check my estimate and get back to me.... 2 weeks later never did...

Real liked the service and cost of my new gutters. If you live in Hawaii you might have those old economical plastic gutters that fall apart and leak. These are seamless gutters and they test them before they leave. Seems like a family company. Great communication and they showed up when they said they would. They also founf and fixed an issue with my roof. I have cracked and broken tiles in one spot, they installed metal under the tiles. They did this on theiur own and did not ask for extra. Old school service is so nice.

What a difference the gutters on my house made. They were installed about a month ago. Before that, my yard was messy, the rain was noisy from hitting my house and the ground, and my lanai was soaked during heavy rain. The Gutterman put new gutters on my house and ran the discharge away from my foundation. There is no leaking, no mud, no moisture on the lanai, and no noise. They did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them, and will use them again when needed.
