The Gutter Man repair crew and the gutter installation crew were fast, polite, professional, and efficient. The job was done faster than expected and with great attention to detail. The home has been improved and enhanced with their workmanship and product. Cleanup of debris, scraps, hardware, etc., was thorough. They fulfilled the promised work and then some. Everyone we talked to at The Gutter Man (in Sales, Repair, Installation, Office) was patient with us in answering our many questions and in addressing our minor concerns. We would use The Gutter Man again and will recommend them to others.

I have never seen a contractor just keep forgetting about a customer. I call them, they make a promise, then don't hear from Gary again. Unprofessional, always apologizing, never doing anything.

Just a follow-up to previous review. I had hoped that Tom would make good about providing the parts to repair my two pop-ups on my rain gutter down spouts. He did not. Repeated calls do no good as they screen your calls and texts. They never did provide me with an estimate on building a sun room so I guess they have plenty of business! It has been 11 months since they did the rain gutters. So, I think I have been very patient in waiting for them to make good on their promises. Everything was just peachy all the way up to when I paid them $2200.00 cash; then absolutely nothing! I cannot in good faith recommend them for any kind of work that they ""hold out"" to do, as they cannot be counted on to keep their word.

He's the Gutter Man alright! He came from the Gutter! He charged my elderly parents over $17,000 for a medium size roof and did not fix a leak around the chimney, which was the whole reason for getting the roof re-done. Once you pay him, you'll never see him again! It's on to the next Sucker! DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I had this company install gutters for me and I have to say they did a fairly good job. My gutters were done with terminating underground pop-up's. Not soon after they left my property, I noticed that 2 of my pop-up's were cut off by my mower. I called Tom repeatedly and asked him to come and repair them and I never got a callback. I tried texting them many times and they were ignored. I know this because he always answered me via text when they wanted my business. After, not at all! I asked them for a quote on a sun room 4 or 5 times and they never, ever, responded with anything but, ""I'll tell my boss you asked."" I don't think they are the worst I have encountered, but follow-up is definitely not in their playbook; at all!
