Every morning when I get ready in my bathroom, I'm so happy I called SolarTex. It seems weird to be obsessed with a bathroom, but the natural light is so beautiful that I love showing it to everyone that visits.

SolarTex was one of the first contractors I worked with after I purchased my house. I've been overjoyed with their customer service and work - I wish all contractors were this easy! The estimate was spot on. Daniel was such a friendly installer and it took exactly as long as he said it would.

I had two 14"" Solatubes put into both of my bathrooms. Neither had a window so they were depressingly dark. Now I am often transfixed from the beautiful, natural light coming from my ceiling. During thunderstorms the refraction makes cool flashes too!

We were able to take out the old, noisy vent fans and replace it with the much quieter Solatube vent kits. If the old vent noise is a 7 out of 10 for loudness, the new vent kit is easily 3 or 4. Sometimes I can't even tell it's on.

I'm trying to think of more places to install Solatubes. If/when I do, I will definitely be calling SolarTex again. Thanks for the great work!

Rodney is professional, kind, and does excellent work. My new attic bedroom feels much more joyful and alive--who knew such a simple thing as a small skylight could make such a huge difference! I would recommend Rodney with no hesitation whatsoever!

Update, I had my installation today. Daniel was prompt and went through each step with me and it was done perfectly. I look forward to getting one in my kitchen when I renovate it in the next few years. I am glad it is installed and it brings in so much light in my spare bath,

We had two solar tubes installed about 15 years ago in our last home and they were great. The kitchen in our new home had no windows and was very dark even with fluorescent lights burning all day. All that changed when I asked for a quote from Ron and after Daniel installed the solar tube. What a difference, and an added bonus is that no lights are needed now, saving energy! Ron even gave me a repeat customer discount. Daniel is a true professional. He was very pleasant throughout the installation of the solar tube and two solar attic fans and the temperature was close to a hundred degrees or over in the attic that day. Don't know how he did it! He even fixed a bad spot in the roof where the old attic fans were installed. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Some advice to Solar Tex, don't let that young man leave your employment! Great company, will recommend to everyone!

Solartex brought my kitchen & bathroom from caves into bright sun-lit rooms. It's incredible how much it has changed the atmosphere.. I just had Rory come again on Monday to put in my third solar tube. The 2 in the kitchen are superb - they're 14"" natural lenses.The other is above my shower with a 14"" ""Crystal/Prismatic"" lens which is gorgeous!! Including the LED nightlights you get a tax rebate which sold me! I can't give enough compliments on the products as well as the service. Rory was a perfectionist, left my rooms without any debris. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I heard about SolarTex from a friend, who raved about his solar tube on Memorial Day. Two weeks later, we had installed our own solar tubes and are raving as well!

We had a very dark living room with windows that didn't quite cut the gloom. We called SolarTex about a consultation and Ron came by that day to check it out. We chose the 14"" diameter tubes that would spread light all along the floor and walls, and two of them to maximize the spread of light. Daniel did our installation the following week. Two hours later, we had two beautiful lenses in our ceiling, and light was everywhere! I can read in my living room without lamps during daylight hours. It's great!

We had been considering a renovation project of removing our fireplace to install more windows, but that's expensive and we need to save up for it. This was a nice bridge project that was fast (2 hour installation) and not too expensive ($800 per tube, but with a federal rebate it will shake out to about $550/tube), and it has made such a huge difference!

Ron and Daniel were so incredibly nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this company and love our solar tubes!!

Rory did an excellent job installing 3 14"" Solatubes in our house, 2 in the living room and one in the kitchen. The living room has so much more light as does the kitchen. I wish we had done this earlier!
