We could not be happier with the results of our new solar tube! The entire experience was exceptional and professional from beginning to end. The sales rep, Mark, did a thorough inspection, explanation and answered all our questions. And our installer, Sean, was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up after himself! I met these guys at the Home & Garden show and they took the time to explain all the great benefits of a solar attic fan in my garage to keep the temperature down. I was very impressed with their product and it sounded like the perfect solution. He also mentioned a 30% federal tax rebate - score! Good first impression.

So I made an appointment for October 19, scheduled PTO and took the day off from work to give them my full attention in case they were able to do the install that day, and 20 minutes prior to my appointment I got a call saying that they were canceling. The person on the other end of the phone didn't say anything else, except that someone would be calling me to reschedule my appointment...that was over two months ago. So much for first impressions.

In the meantime I've called and left messages (no one ever answers the phone). I still get promotional emails from them though, that's how I learned that the 30% tax rebate expires at the end of the year. ""Call now"" it says so your project can be completed before the end of the year. So with 4 days left in 2019, I guess I can say farewell to the tax credit, and just live with a hot, humid garage.

Maybe if I had a huge project like whole-home solar panels that would've made them a lot of money, I probably would've gotten a call back. A simple garage fan just isn't worth the effort.

Love my garage fan! New build, so code no longer requires vents in garage, heat was crazy in summer with 2 cars in there. They came over, let me know the best solution, and I could not be happier now. They installed my garage ceiling exhaust fan (with a fire stop flap!) and vent in my garage door. Even installed a programmable remote to control it. Looks professional, commercial grade components, long warranty, runs quiet, and now my attic is so much cooler and comfortable. Definitely recommend these folks!

Greetings, I didn't know who to choose for the purchase and installation of a Solar Attic Fan. I was referred to Sola Lite. When I called to inquire, all of my questions were answered thoroughly by Shawn. An appointment to for installation was set to my convenience. Gary installed the fan in 30 minutes. My Solar Attic Fan is fantastic. This might sound like an exaggeration - it is true - I could tell the difference within one hour. My air conditioner quite running constantly. My home has very high ceilings. The solar attic fan keeps my home cool without running my air conditioner into the ground. And, helps the environment, since it is solar. I highly recommend Sola Lite! The difference of day and night! Our family room has been dark since we added a covered patio and our master bath did not have any natural light - Sola Lite has changed both rooms to well lit areas. Our Master bath is now well lit without any electrical lights and our family room no longer needs electric lighting during the day. Also, the solar powered night lights are a great. John, our installer, was polite and professional and helped us with choosing the right light filters available from Sola Lite. We could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend these units to anyone with a dark area of the house they need to brighten with natural light!

Jeremy, the owner, took the time (about 45 minutes of back and forth) to explain to a newbie like me the superior difference between Solalite solar attic vents and costco's inferior solar attic vents. The materials used by solalite are much better and will last longer. They even offer a 10 year replacement warranty. WARNING!! If you were to order from Costco and something went wrong, you'd have to send the unit back!! That means you'd have a HOLE in your roof for 4 or more weeks!! Buy local and support local business. If something goes wrong with Sola Lite, you can have it replaced in a few hours. Thank you Jeremy for taking the time and for your great service. They also have these cool solartubs that I'm going to consider when I do some upgrades in my house.
