Even tho originally I was frustrated with the communication which was explained to me as due to work volume and holiday season(permit from city was tough to get in a timely manner) but once I requested to be kept in the loop more, they have been very great updating me on all progress which I really appreciate. I believe in final result of a project and people taking responsibilities and for that I give clear energy a 5 star!

Clear Energy Solutions has been a company that I will definitely return to. I recently bought my house and wanted the old, ugly windows removed. Throughout the whole process, everyone from Clear Energy Solutions was very friendly and explained the upcoming steps. Now my house's windows look incredible and honestly gave it the modern touch I wanted from the start.

One day while I was home, I heard a knock at my front door. I went to answer it and was gleefully greeted by a man named Sergio. He talked about the improvement to the roof that he noticed and said that Clear Energy Solutions would provide me the most affordable and efficient TLC for our home. Shortly after, he put us in contact with the office where we made an appointment with Kevin.

After discussing what I would be best for my needs, I decided on the full Owens Corning roof system with ridge vents. They also added a California Weave which is an intricate process that gives the roof's finish completely seamless and beautiful.

I voiced my concerns with Kevin about accommodating my hectic work schedule but he assured me that Clear Energy Solutions would be able to manage my schedule which was awesome! I like to see what's going on and the sales rep, Kevin, was so understanding and flexibility to my work conflicts. The guys then finished the project in a timely matter according to our agreement which was amazing.

Now that the project is done, I love my new roof and best of everything is that it comes with a 50 year warranty ! What a relief (although I doubt I'll need it since the materials used are specific to last against any weather conditions) !

I don't have anything else I'd like to upgrade on my home but once I figure out what to do next, I am definitely coming back to Clear Energy Solutions!

Also, for financial purposes, their estimates and finalized pricing was phenomenal in comparison to other quotes I got from other companies. Well worth their impeccable work and employees who were so polite and professional.

Based on my experience, I can honestly say that I will be returning to Clear Energy Solutions' services.

I had previously Yelped this place as I am very cautious with my choices. Despite the few negative reviews, I decided to call and get a quote to test the waters. After hearing back from multiple companies, I decided to go with Clear Energy Solutions because of their professionalism, ability to explain the process thoroughly and knowledgeability on various home improvement options. I can honestly attest to their respectful and professional demeanor and interaction with myself as a customer.

To go into more detail, i was looking for stunning windows and cool wall to make my home as beautiful and eye catching as possible. I spoke to Phil and he explained the processes and different options I could take regarding the installation. I had many questions in which Phil was more than happy to help me with. He offered to double check things to make sure I was given the proper information which I found very professional (I hate being given a guess just to later find out that the information was wrong).

Everyone from beginning to end attended to my needs promptly and swiftly addressed my concerns.

Long story short, I highly recommend Clear Energy Solutions to anyone looking to revamp their homes and make them look as beautifully presentable as possible at a very reasonable price. Not only is my home more stunning than ever (both inside and on the exterior) but it's also saving me a great deal of money from the energy efficient windows and amazing cool wall that are now installed and completed throughout my home.

In case you aren't aware of what cool wall is, cool wall is a heat reflective coating which came with a FREE lifetime warranty with guarantees of no cracking, fading and peeling.

Thorough visit from Kevin to discuss the work my mom needed for her home. He left me at ease and with confidence we were going to work together. I reached out to him to get an update and he did reply once. I reached out two more times after for a bid status and no response. If Kevin and owners did not want our business even after the consultation, I would have more than ok with it. I would have appreciated the upfront honestly and not wasting my time waiting to hear from Kevin. At this point, I do not want to do business with them because I would hate to be ignored during construction or after. All they had to do is professionally decline the job instead of ignoring me.

Caution - incomplete work, process payment without signature on credit card transaction. Unable to contact personnel to get work completed. Waited 28 days for work to be done, not even to call for an explanation. I cannot recommend this business. Check BBB also.

On Monday April 8, 2019 I was solicited for stucco work on my residence by Kylie. They presented their card with a San Diego telephone number showing that they are local. I excused myself from my door for a moment and ran the license number on the CSLB website and found that Clear Energy Solutions has NO LICENSED SALESPERSONS. I told Kylie to leave my property immediately. Only the actual holder of the license is allowed to sell any of their services any person coming to your door representing the company is required to be licensed as a salesperson under the main contractors license. Since Clear Energy has no licensed sales persons only the owner can come to you door to solicit their services. I also realized that they are advertising Roofing, Stucco, Patios and Painting all of which require a separate license. So they are advertising outside of their General License for Specialty work. I will be following this review with an actual complaint with the Contractors Board. Customer should be wary of doing business with this company.

We decided to upgrade our home to include solar. Clear Energy Solutions was our provider of choice. They were clear in communication, timeline and what they could provide. Our client rep Avi was professional and courteous and delivered everything on time and more importantly, on budget. We are very happy with Clear Energy Solutions and we are even happier that we made the choice to go solar.

During the process, we also upgraded our windows to be more energy efficient and everything looks beautiful. The workers were neat and polite. This is the second time we've gone through a renovation and thanks to Avi and Clear Energy Solutions, it went much smoother this time. Our first contractor took over three months to install hardwood floors. Avi and his team were in and out quickly and our lives (with our young children) were not overly disrupted. They worked around our schedule and were understanding of our needs and patient with our many questions during the process. I would recommend CES with confidence.
