I recently had a bird stop falling off my roof due to rotten wood. I called 4 roofers to give me quotes, and the other 3 roofers came by and gave me a substantially higher quote than Gold Coast.

Isaias from Gold Coast came by, got on the roof to see the trouble, and took pictures to show me what other repairs he recommended. The other roofers did not bother to go up on the roof to see the trouble.

I took his recommendation, and he completed the repair in half a day, including painting the wood beams.

He did a great job, and I will use him again for all my roofing needs until he retires or I sell my house. I have already recommended him to a friend that is building five houses to see if he can help my friend with the roofing of the new houses.

We had damage on the roof from the massive rain and storm lately.
We went through 5 estimates and finally decided on the

Isaias came out right away and explained the procedure of the job.
They started early Monday morning, stayed until sundown and were done by Thursday. Very punctual every morning. Had a crew of four. We also had some Termite damage on the face boards which they replaced. Therefor I give them a 5 Star for the good work. David was there every day overlooking the job, also worked on side.
Whoever needs a new roof , I would recommend ""The Gold Coast Roofing

If there is one thing you do NOT want to see, it's water dripping from the ceiling inside your home! When that happened to me, I got on the phone right away looking for someone who could help correct the problem a.s.a.p.... Unfortunately, I kept getting voicemails, until I called Gold Coast Roofing.

Isaias came over that day, analyzed the source of the leak, and did a ""temporary patch"" for $250 that did the trick (so far, so good). He also recommended repairing some cracked concrete tiles and emailed a very thorough and professional estimate to perform the work. I haven't had a chance to get any more estimates yet, but I believe his price was fair and his work would be excellent based on what I've seen so far. Definitely recommended.

Our roof was leaking in the garage caused by an old quick fix repair we did years ago. When it rained heavily, It was leaking down pir walls and causd damage to the wood of the roof. We decided to get it professionally done and inspected.

David responded quickly to our request and came the next day. The quote was competitive compared to the other roofing companies. We ended up having to redo part of the roof, removing tile, wood, weather proofing, etc.

The following week, Gold Coast crew came out to begin work. They were on time and had even brought tiles to replace just in case many would get damaged. Communicative throughout the entire process. Finished all in one day!

I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend!!

I needed a section of roof patched after I removed a chimney and Isaias explained everything he had to do and executed it perfectly. I scheduled an appointment with this company over a week ago. Our church was counting on this appointment as we have major leaks after the heavy rains. They just didn't show up for our scheduled appointment!!!! No phone call, email or text to let us know. When I messaged at 10:15am and asked if they were on the way for our 10am appointment the response was ""I'm sorry I can't make it today!!!! What?!?!? And then offered to reschedule....lol....NO THANK YOU!!! Highly inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional.

My roof is only 7 years old but after this massive rain storm, I got that dreaded ceiling leak and after I called my the guys who did the roof, Landmark Construction with no constructive response back and other roofer companies were too booked or not even calling back, Gold Coast Roofing messaged me back, even though it was after their closing time. They offered to come out the next day! David arrived within the time window and he was so pleasant and even took off his shoes and wore out house slippers easily.
He was very efficient and found the culprit and offered his repair options and prices that were all very reasonable. I'm hoping I don't need David again, anytime soon but I will keep him and his company on my to go list and hope to spread the word that I found a honest, knowledgable and professional roof repair/ replacement company. I only yelp when I'm extremely happy and have stayed silent when I'm not. Im very happy!

Isaias was one of the few roofers that was available to come out and do an estimate in the rain for a leaking ceiling and inspect the roof of a two story condo after a storm. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and the attic space. He took his time and was able to locate the leak. He came back the next day after the rain to patch up the cracks.
