This company went out of their way to send me a quote, on time, precise with their explanation. I was a bit thrown off by the difference between the 1st quote and Gold Coast. There was a huge difference. So, after talking to some referrals on the 3rd contractor, I decided to go with the 3rd contractor. Which, later skipped a section of my roof. Responsible in so many levels. However, I didn't like their bait and switch.
Something this roofer would've never done.
Go with this company for your roofing needs. They demonstrated to be honest and that's one integrity that speaks a gazillion words. I would've best gone with
Gold Coast Roofing , they were attentive, had their contract, insurance, professional, prompt. Should've went with my gut feeling.

I highly recommend this Company, they are very professional, with their thorough and highly detailed Quote submissions and Invoices.
They replaced 2 very old and noisy Whirlwind Roof Vents, with a more efficient Low Profile Roof Vent. They did a great job and it came out far better than I expected.

Highly recommend Isais who is the roofing specialist at Gold Coast Roofing. He was so knowledgeable and patient, took the time to answer my questions, and did a thorough inspection. He helped identify the cause of the water leakage and that it was not a result of roofing or gutter issues but plumbing issue. He was quick to make a diagnosis. Company was very responsive and easy to make an appointment for your initial assessment and estimate.

I recently had a bird stop falling off my roof due to rotten wood. I called 4 roofers to give me quotes, and the other 3 roofers came by and gave me a substantially higher quote than Gold Coast.

Isaias from Gold Coast came by, got on the roof to see the trouble, and took pictures to show me what other repairs he recommended. The other roofers did not bother to go up on the roof to see the trouble.

I took his recommendation, and he completed the repair in half a day, including painting the wood beams.

He did a great job, and I will use him again for all my roofing needs until he retires or I sell my house. I have already recommended him to a friend that is building five houses to see if he can help my friend with the roofing of the new houses.
