Established in 1992 by Mike Freeman, David DiBonito became part of the team in the late 90s and Paul Helfinstein became a member in 2003. They are the key players behind the goals of The Freeman Company: to offer the highest quality products, unmatched benefit, broad knowledge, and an steadfast commitment to client happiness.

Paul Helfinstein is the President of The Freeman Company. Mr. Helfinstein joined the Freeman Company in 2003.

Prior to, becoming part of The Freeman Company, Mr. Helfinstein held various executive roles with Nortel Networks Corporation, Clarify Corporation, and Amdocs Inc..

He is tasked with providing overall strategic direction, as well as financial management and control. He shares in the company's management, overall growth initiatives, and holds a certification as a recognized Quality Master, certified contractor, with CertainTeed.
