Established in 1992 by Mike Freeman, David DiBonito joined in the year 1997 and Paul Helfinstein in the early 2000s. They are the driving force behind the goals of The Freeman Company: to offer the highest quality services, unparalleled value, deep knowledge, and an steadfast dedication to customer satisfaction.

Paul Helfinstein is the President of The Freeman Company. He became part of the Freeman Company in 2003.

Prior to, joining The Freeman Company, Mr. Helfinstein was in various senior management roles with Nortel Networks Corporation, Clarify, and Amdocs Limited.

He is in charge of providing overall strategic direction, as well as financial oversight and control. He collaborates in the company's direction, overall development programs, and holds a credential as a certified Quality Master, professional contractor, with CertainTeed Building Materials Corporation.
