Created in the year 1992 by Mike Freeman, David DiBonito became part of the team in 1997 and Paul Helfinstein in the year 2003. Our President, Paul Helfinstein is the leader of The Freeman Company. He became part of the Freeman Company in 2003.

Prior to, starting at The Freeman Company, Mr. Helfinstein held various senior management jobs with Nortel, Clarify Technologies, and Amdocs Limited.

He is responsible for providing overall guidance, as well as overseeing finances and regulation. He shares in the company's direction, overall development programs, and holds a credential as a recognized Quality Master, certified contractor, with CertainTeed.
