Established in the early 90s by our founder Mike Freeman, David DiBonito joined in the year 1997 and Paul Helfinstein joined in the year 2003. Our President, Paul Helfinstein is the head of The Freeman Company. He joined the Freeman Company in 2003.

Prior to, starting at The Freeman Company, he worked in various executive positions with Nortel, Clarify, and Amdocs Inc..

Mr. Helfinstein is in charge of providing overall leadership, as well as financial management and regulation. He shares in the company's management, overall strategic plans, and holds a qualification as a certified Quality Master, certified contractor, with CertainTeed Corp..
