I am so grateful to have their help with replacing my ridge tiles and pipe seat seals. Marcos gave us a good price for the work. He just proposed the repairs that needed to be done. Other roofers proposed replacing the pipe seats instead of just re-sealing them. That would have cost a fortune (required removing solar panels).

The fall is very busy for them! I had to pester them to get on their schedule. We are so grateful to have this work done & to have paid a fair price.

Dan and his team were spectacular to work with. We were referred to him by our realtor and upon reaching out to him he knew who we were & what we were looking for. He came out to our home gave us a quote within 24 hours. Upon communicating that we wanted to proceed Dan was able to squeeze us into the schedule for both a removal of two layers & install of a new roof. His team worked 4 days straight - 8am-5pm, including over a weekend! They were polite, cleaned up daily, and extremely dedicated. We'd strongly recommend El Dorado Roofing to anyone looking to buy a new roof!

Same issue they never follow up with my emails or quote. They might be very busy . Will keep looking for other options. They did came and gave a quote for the service but after that the communication just STOP with this guys.

They replaced the roofs on two of my Vallejo rental houses. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and that they didn't charge me for any extras. I would definitely use El Dorado Roofing again. FYI- they are very busy so be sure to give them plenty of advance notice to complete your roofing job.

El Dorado Roofing was soo timely, efficient , attention to detail very Polite & Respectful. When starting to look for a Company I did take about 4 quotes before I made my decision. Looking at the bids I looked for warranty on workmanship & warranty on Shingles. They showed up on time & they would leave my area around my house so clean with no Derbi around my house. My house looks amazing and I recommend them HATS DOWN !!!!!!

Today I had a new flat roof installed , I picked TPO roof with 1 inch insulation as it white and long lasting . I called the office about a week ago, she told me Orlando will call back and he did after 10 min to give me a quote . He also came by to look at the roof and said the team will come on Saturday . Today at 7 AM the team was on my roof tearing the old one and install the TPO . It was nice to see a contractor come on time and keep the price they quoted and Orlando is very professional and a nice man I will defiantly contact again for my other properties .

Requested for a quote: came by unannounced. No appointment confirmation. Show up randomly. Ask for a hood vent installation quote. Said will text quote later, 3 days later call back and asked. Dispatch says they are working on it. A week later nothing. This flaky now, how do I expect anything else from you later. No thanks.

Marcos, Orlando, and Karla are a great team. From other reviews, it looks like they are on fire - and I'm happy for them.

Very responsive and helpful. They came all the way to Marin to give us an estimate and tarp the leaky roof while we waited for the rain to subside for replacement.

They also worked with me via the iphone - so I could oversee a roof replacement long distance. They sent pics of the permit, progress pics, and finished product pics (it looks amazing). So if you have a business trip - this company can replace your roof and keep you in the loop while you're away.

They also fit my house in during rainy season. Thank you!

Marcos has the right personality for this business, and he has a calming way of communicating. I think the best part was that they are really quick to answer the phone, text you back, etc. So refreshing to find people who understand the importance of customer service and communication. 5 stars.

My only tiny complaint is they were too busy to send the final bill - lol. I had to send a few reminders. Please cash my check when you get it guys - if I see that money in my account for too long, I'll start getting spending ideas -

Orlando, Marco and their team recently replaced our roof. Of all the companies I got estimates from, they were the lowest priced and yet they used higher quality materials than other roofers quoted in their estimates. They called, followed up, and replied to texts and emails in a timely manner. They were polite and efficient. They did a great job for an amazing price. I was very happily surprised with their craftsmanship and so glad I chose them to rebuild our roof.
