I'm a neighbor that lives next door to a home getting their roof replaced. On Saturday morning I woke up to shingles being dropped on my new AC unit. I went outside an explained the unit was new and asked all of them to be careful with the belongings of neighbors that live around. The contractor stated they could not help where my unit was located and shingles hitting the unit would not damage or stop it from working. I explained the was recently purchased and asked if they would cover it temporarily to avoid damage. After going back and forth with the person in charge I went back in my house and before I got completely in my home he called me a name(profanity) and said I was crazy for worrying about my AC unit. Be cautious using this company.

Saw them on Facebook so I gave them a shot. They got my insurance to approve a full roof replacement, thank God for that. I practically payed $500 out of pocket but took advantage of their rebate program and got MORE money back.

This was the easiest way to get a new roof AND extra money in my pocket!

These guys did not call me back timely so lost my business. A sales person (storm claims specialist) came to my door 5/2/2020, we discussed hail damage, he promised to send a quote 2 days ago, nothing! I called him and emailed, no answer yet. I called company's 800 number, not answered. I tried to submit contact info via their website, gives error message and cant submit anything (thecityroofing.com). Perhaps The City Roof may be a reputable business but this time with Corona virus, they were just too busy and lost my business.
