If only they allowed ZERO STARS! I would NOT recommend as they will overcharge, bullshit you and fail to follow their word and schedule. The communication was unprofessional with a lot of back and forth delays. I needed a replacement on a two-sink bathroom countertop that broke. I was quoted $3,500 that would include a plumber and backsplash if need be. I put 50% down and they had a month to schedule the repairs. When it came time they delayed back another week and kept saying tomorrow or the next day and finally last minute had someone come in. They apologized because it's so busy which is the only excuse I kept getting for all the delays. They came in the first day removing the old slab in a couple of hours and left all the broken old slab in my garage. Came back 3 days later to put the new countertop and paid the rest of the amount and come to find after AFTER the old slab still wasn't removed from the garage, I ended up not needing the backsplash or the plumber and asked for an itemized invoice or receipt, I was told they don't provide them. I was still charged the full $3,500. The conversation from day 1 was miscommunication and received no refund for not having a plumber or backsplash. No receipt for how much the countertop alone really was. No proof of what I've paid for. I had to complain to get them to come back for all the old slab and trash to be picked up. I ended up contacting other contractors and researching to see if I was overcharged and I was absolutely overcharged at least by over $1k! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

If there was zero stairs that is what this place would receive. He got $6281 from me for a demo of the entire bathroom (just did the tile in my shower), got pissed and went off when I questioned his pricing (and had a friend over to see what was going on) and asked for an itemized listing of what he was charging me for, especially since I had already purchased the majority of the materials. He is utilizing unlicensed workers from who knows where, who absolutely destroyed some plumbing that needed to be fixed, did not show up at all one day, showed up the next and did no work, and then, the next day, they STOLE materials that was said to have been purchased for my home, in my presence and he did nothing. So of course he was fired. This man is NOT licensed, and is using someone else's license and had the nerve to say it is not illegal. When he was fired, he sent several unhinged texts with implied threats in order to try and let him 'finish' the work. I hired another contractor who quoted me way less for the service. Contact the licensing board to complain and found all of this out. I have filed a police report, will be filing a restraining order, in addition to still filing the complaint against the individual whose license he is using, and will be taking all legal actions against him and them. PLEASE do not hire. Yelp is clearly not doing a great job of vetting some of these people.
