I have used this company for not only my own home, but for several commercial buildings as well. Because I have had the benefit of seeing their work done at multiple locations, over a long range of dates, I can honestly say they have consistent high standards that withstand some severe weather without issues. I have also consistently experienced great customer service through all of the insurance process.

They have a project manager on site during the install and have triple checked the site after completion not only for quality, but for any remaining trash or nails that might be left. ( I think they left my yard cleaner than when they got there)

I have been very pleased with this company. I think you will be too.

I have a leak in my roof (very small) and have had the Blessed Roofing company out twice. Both fixes were small but could have been the issue however their diagnostics were not thorough.

After I reached out for a 3rd time letting them know it's still leaking, the owner said that definately a new roof would fixt it. this was my big red flag and why I have gone with another company to fix the roof.

Suggesting a new roof for a very small leak is excessive and unnecessary.

UPDATE: increasing to 4 stars. Business reached out to me and apologized for charging me without fixing the leak. They are refunding me the full amount which I was shocked to hear. Appreciate their attention to customer service and making the issue right. Although we chose someone else to fix our roof, I would consider Blessed Roofing in the future based on their follow up with me.

At first, I thought it was too good to be true! He followed through with everything promised. No deductible was paid for my roof, gutters, and a new stain on my fence. John and his staff is very nice and his contractors are wonderful! I recommend the company!

We were approached by this solicitor in our neighborhood (Clariden Ranch in Southlake TX) even though there's a strict ""no solicitation"" law where we live. He would not stop hounding us... very aggressive sales technique with a promise to give us a ""free roof"" such that we wouldn't have to pay our deductible ($10k). Sound too good to be true??? That's why insurance is so high in Texas. He got my wife's cell phone and would NOT stop texting her despite multiple commands to knock it off. He closed with insulting us by saying maybe we should buy a house we could afford because we wouldn't go with him and refused to pay his bill for sending someone up on our roof without our knowledge or authorization! These techniques are legendary if you Google TX roofing sales practices - like out of a textbook. Buyer beware. Stay out of my neighborhood please and learn some manners!
