Having remediated mold in my kitchen, it was necessary to call in a roofer to make sure there were no other leaks from the roof that could cause another similar problem. I called two 5 star companies, Abbey being one of the the two. After meeting both (both GREAT, thank you, yelp) I was going to go with Abbey from the onset. I was immediately struck by the professionalism shown by both Samuel and Abbey. And kind! Very unexpected from a roofing company! Fast forward to completion and every part of the bid and contract was done by the book, at a reasonable price, with full disclosure of every aspect of the job. Arrived promptly, workers were lovely and I would just call them if I were you.

Very happy with these guys. Had them do a re-roof of existing flat roof and new roof for an addition and a new pitched roof for garage. Great communication and they came back to make sure nothing was left unfinished. They definitely do their part to make sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend.

We needed a complete reroof for our flat roof.

I met with 5-6 different roofers and all of them left me with an uneasy feeling. I saw soooo many shady tactics to try to get me to sign. The price by dropping by over 1/2 with some of them. Veterans discounts.. Leftover materials from a previous job. All kinds of lame attempts to get me to give my work to them. (many were insistent about me signing immediately, using scare tactics, telling me my roof was going to collapse)

The Best West Roofing was different. Abbey and Samuel gave me multiple quotes with differing quality of materials. They carefully explained the difference and he was honestly the only roofer I met with that made me feel comfortable.

His crew did an excellent job. They were quick, courteous and respectful to my neighbors. They were great at communicating progress. I enjoyed that I was frequently sent photo updates. I have absolutely zero complaints with The Best West Roofing and would recommend them FIRST to anyone looking for roofing work.

Had a great experience with my full roof replacement. They got started within 3 days finished very quickly. Permits and inspections were all taken care of with no issues.

Their crew was very nice, and worked through a surprise rain to make sure things were covered up. At the end they came back and cleaned all the debris.

Pretty seamless experience for me and would recommend them to anyone.

I called them on a Friday for an estimate for repairing my roof. I received a text asking if they could call me later. I said yes and let them know exactly what I needed. They then asked via text where I was located. Nothing after I responded, even though it is well within their designated area. I texted again a couple of hours later asking if I could get an estimate the following Monday or Tuesday? The response was ""I will try. please send your address"". I did and asked for a day and time frame. NO RESPONSE. I thought it important to share my experience, given the good reviews. I was disappointed at the lack of customer service.

I messaged Abbey through Yelp about a roof maintenance after reading all the positive reviews. He came with Sam to check things out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They completed the work today and I am very satisfied. These guys care about customer satisfaction A LOT. They are personable and they took their time to explain technical things to me when I asked questions (and I ask a lot of them.) I am a new landlord and so I need roofers I can trust to take care of things for my renter's even if I am not there. Abbey and Sam are it, and I am relieved I found them. It helps that they are funny and sexy too (my opinion)

On time, courteous (and so was the crew), great communication, cleaned up carefully -- and passed the inspections without issue.
