Doug and Trevor Redman and their crew recently replaced my 30-year old roof. My house is not large (1400 sq. ft.), but there were some issues there like rotted decking, a ""dead valley"", cedar shakes from the original roof, etc. The crew was out here in the blistering heat for more than 12 hours the first day and they finished the whole job around 1 pm the second day. Amazingly fast and professional. I got three estimates for the work and their cost was the middle one. When they encountered unexpectedly large amounts of decking to be replaced, they only charged me for the materials and labor, no markup. I had asked for 30 feet of ridge vent, but they ended up installing about 60 feet of it at no extra charge. I am so happy I went with Austin Roof Doctor. You should hire them too!

Doug was the first roofer to return my call, the first to meet me for the assessment and his price was so reasonable that it was a no brainer. Doug is very patient and hard working and solved our issues, which are not easy on a flat roof. I would highly recommend him as a trustworthy, knowledgable local business owner.

Doug has been great to work with. He was able to get over to my house on very short notice when most roofing companies weren't even answering their phones due to the recent torrential downpours and onslaught of inquiries. But, Doug made time and worked me into his schedule. He met me at the house, gave me a thorough assessment of the job and scheduled a time that his crew would get over for the repair. His crew ended up having to spend more time at another job so instead of rescheduling me Doug did it himself. Now that's great service. He sent pictures of the progress and problem areas during the repair which I really appreciated. He's my go-to roofing expert moving forward and I highly recommend him.

Austin Roof Doctor has worked on both of my properties. He has done extensive maintenance on our rental property which we are very happy with. Doug also did a fantastic job with our full replacement on our primary residence. He worked with us on our insurance claim and connected us with an outside adjuster who grew our claim substantially. We got a great price and numerous upgrades included (30-yr shingles, better felt, new ridge vent etc). The new roof looks great and we've had a few strong storms with no issue now.
