John came out and me got a quote. We set a date for repairs. Office cancelled our appointment without a phone call, text only and rescheduled without contacting us personally. We re-arranged our plans to make it work. Workers never showed up! I called office and they said they didn't have the materials??? Gal said she'd get back with us, never did. I called John on his phone to call me back, never did.
This is the 3rd company I called to replace 3 roof vents, epoxy cracked tiles.
This is the 3rd company that blew us off. Rumor has it, if you don't have a complete roof re-do, they can't be bothered.

Wow, Wow, Wow! I am so thrilled that immediately after hurricane Ian I read reviews about The Allard Roofing Company. They were no doubt inundated with calls and requests. I'm glad I called when I did as I was able to get on the list as a customer before they had to close the list to new customers as they're schedule was full for some time. They have a loyal customer base of return customers if and when ever needed. Think about that. They did not need to go door to door, or send mass flyers. Customers flocked to them!

Every call or email, was immediately returned by Doug or other team member. I never felt out of the loop. I was kept updated via a portal, much like My Chart in the medical profession, letting me know when my estimated dates would be for installation. Yes I had to wait several months, but that expectation was set from the get go, and completely understandable given the demand for roofs, and supply of materials.

My price estimate from the start did not change. No hidden surprise costs. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, especially given costs shared among neighbors.

The finalized date for install was made and work was completed in the two days they had advised me. The work crew did a great job of tarping completely around my home to minimize any damage or debris left behind, and there was NONE!

Much to my delight a wind mitigation was included. There was no issues with passing inspections the first time around!

I would not consider any other company for roofing needs in the future. I wish I could give The Allard Roofing Company 10 stars.
I hope they know how they run their business and their customer service is not just about putting shingles on a roof. It was eliminating one of the biggest stressors after a devasting storm and knowing I was in good hands. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.

My experience with everyone, Dawn, Craig, Doug, and John was excellent throughout. I felt very fortunate that they were able to tarp our roof and subsequently to put on a whole new roof after Hurricane Ian. I highly recommend Allard Roofing!!

Very Professional. Cannot recommend them enough for getting a clear understanding of extent of roof damage after a storm event. We were directly hit by hurricane Ian in 2022 that resulted in downing of serveral trees around our house. The roof still looked great as it was relatively a new house. Recently I got an unsolicited offer to inspect the roof from a local roofing company. After a 15 minutes inspection I was informed that my roof needs to be replaced that can cost over seventy thousand dollars and that they can make it happen by directly dealing with my insurance company. I was surprised by that determination and just couldn't believe it. I had a very low deductible insurance but this appeared to be a scam so I called Allard Roofing based on good reviews to get their opinion. John Allard inspected the roof and informed me that besides a few cracked or displaced tiles there was no damage that can be taken care of in few hundred dollars.

I was surprised that when I submitted a request for a re-roofing quote, that they replied with ""We dont provide that service"" I would think a roofing company would.

The Allard Roofing Company really blew me away with their professionalism, responsiveness and honesty. Those are 3 major traits that are hard to find when dealing with any type of home project.

We bought a house in a new area that needed a new roof. I searched on Yelp, found Allard and they were able to set up an appointment the very next day!

Jason thoroughly checked our roof. In fact, he crawled into spaces that our Home Inspector didn't! He found the source of a leak and was kind enough to stop it in the middle of a rain storm. I was incredibly impressed in how quickly he did it too. These guys know roofing!

Another thing that really impressed me was that they have an online portal. You can use the portal to communicate with the company. All of the photos they took during my inspection were there and shortly after I received an email that my estimate was on there too. I love that I have all of the that information in one place without having to dig through my emails or camera roll.

I'm new to the area and can say that we have found our new go-to roofing company and can totally thank Yelp for it.

Long process due to covid but the job was done 1st class. Full time employees they guys who stripped roof were the same people who did install. Great Customer service and great workers I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. Great thing they do is email you about upcoming appointments Craig is a first class rep and on site daily

I had spots on my bathroom ceiling. One roofing company couldn't find the source, told me to call him if it gets bigger, another told me he wouldn't fix a roof over 14 yo (my roof is 15 yo) BUT he would replace it lol! Allard roofing came, got here on time, went in the attic and on the roof. He found the source, took pictures of the problem from the roof and where it was going in the attic. Also did a temporary fix in case we have rain while we are setting up a time to have it fixed. Very reasonably priced quote to fix. So relieved! Also told me my roof looks good and should have many years left. Happy to find an honest, reasonably priced Roofing Company that I will use when I need a new roof.
