They never answer or return any of my calls. Are these people out of business? Been trying to get ahold of them for months and nothing. My first metal roof and I'm disappointed in the effort to reach back out. I need repairs done!

Be aware: This Company has an F rating on Better Business Bureau for failure to respond to complaints. TH Sellers installed our original standing seam metal roof some years ago. We had nothing but problems with the scheduling and quality of their work. They tried to get away with using poor quality underlayment in the roof valleys, in spite of the ""peel & stick"" rubberized material which we had contracted for. We had them correct and install the higher quality adhesive underlayment, which they seem unfamiliar with. However, it was very difficult to persuade Mr. Sellers to use the type of product which we had specified. In other areas they left the underlayment exposed for several weeks at a time which caused the underlayment to become brittle. Naturally, every time we checked the house during or after a rain there were leaks coming from the valleys. Mr. Sellers attitude was very unprofessional and patronizing throughout the whole process. He took absolutely no responsibility for the quality of his company's work.

Terrance did our initial roof on our new home. We have had repair work done a few times. I have been trying to get repair work done for over 6 months and no phone calls returned. Just had a bad storm last weekend and guess what. Major leaks in the roof. Initially working with him was fine, but that changed. Do not use him if you want him to back his work.
