We started out slow, but with the help of Shane the owner, he got it done! They came snd totally tore off and replaced our roof in 8 hours on a Saturday. Shane and his team worked with our Insurance Co., Allstate and got us the best possible payment for the repair! Thanks for a pleasant experience! I highly recommend Texoma and Shane!

New roof, gutters, windows, paint, Joel took great care of us after the terrible hail storm. From start to finish, he was there every step of the way.

Quick response to a leak. Russel can out the same day. Quoted , repaired within a couple of days and most importantly- they fixed the problem!
Excellent job guys!

Overpriced and the quality of work is trash. Maybe get them for your roof (but overpriced), but DO NOT let them do anything else. Their other work is contracted out to people who suck. The woodwork I had done lasted barely a year before it all started falling off. I've asked for it to be repaired and NO response has been returned. Terrible and would never recommend them to anyone.

Responsive and reliable team. Best in Texoma for you roofing and construction needs.

The Worst company and customer service EVER. I wish I could have gotten the Tonja V treatment.
Texoma Roofing was awesome when it was time to get a $12, 000.00 roof from them, with upgrades and warranty. NOT so awesome when a few pieces of flat roof tore off and they not only told me they would fix it, but then ditched me and my calls when I tried to get it repaired. In ADDITION, someone came out to waterproof the roof until we could get it fixed and my patio is leaking. This company really sucks. I don't know much about roofing but State Farm guy said the pieces were minimally attached with adhesive (about 1 inch) that's why they ripped and flew off. No one else had damage that day, so it makes sense.
SO hear I am 2 months later, or more...having to hire someone decent to fix my minor repair and it wont be TEXOMA ROOFING.

Matt Ritchey was very helpful. A few of our shingles were off from storm. He came out and assessed our situation. He fixed it for free! He said that if we ever need him for our whole roof he hopes we will remember him. We sure will! Thank you Matt and Texoma Roofing!! May God bless you all with many customers for years to come.

I would recommend them. Very friendly. Very punctual. They absorbed my entire roof deductable so that was terrific. And best part was they did my entire roof replacement (two big structures) in only 1 day. Clean up was acceptable. Only issue was a slight delay/hassle in completing the final, depreciation check submission. A bit confusing on that part. But overall i was very pleased with the experience, job quality, etc.

In short, I chose Texoma Roofing to install a new roof after a hail storm claim. They were super friendly until they hit a water line in my attic. Then they became very distant and accused me of harassment for trying to contact them for answers to my questions. They would not file an insurance claim because they were ""not responsible"". Why even have insurance if not for accidents?
I took them to Arbitration and to be fair the Arbitration sided with them. However, it seemed to me a very salesman thing to be super friendly in sale then get out of dodge and not answer calls when there is a problem.
I've called around and many companies act like this though some don't. Do your homework and ask questions. It was openly admitted during the Arbitration process that they don't bother looking in your attic and taking precautions regardless of age of home. Ask tough questions and find out of they will file an insurance claim if there is an accident. Get everything you can in writing since a bad company wont stand by anything verbal. It may be tedious but if you wind up with someone who will bail on you in the event of a problem you will wish you had.
In summary and doing my best to be fair, Texoma was not found responsible by the Arbitrator for the damage they caused by hitting my water pipe (citing the original installer of the lines was) . If I could do it over again though, I would ask harder questions and have gone with someone that would not have left me with thousands of dollars of damage.

Matt Ritchey with Texoma roofing was with us throughout the entire process when our roof, fence, skylight, etc were damaged by the hail storm we had at the end of May. He took care of everything and kept in constant contact throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt and Texoma Roofing.
