After the recent hail, windstorm I called my insurance company to have them send out someone to inspect the roof. I got incredibly lucky. They sent Joe Jones with Texican Roofing. Joe was very honest and extremely through. He showed me pictures of where my roof was damaged. Showing me all the issues. He let me know the insurance company may want me to download an app for submitting photos to them. He said do not worry I already have that app & will manage that for you. When the adjuster called, that is exactly what they wanted, I said that I would like him to work with Texican Roofing and Joe and I am so please with the result. This process would have overwhelmed me if it had not been for Joe. He explained the process step by step to me which was tremendous help.
There have been quite a few roofers in my neighbor, many sent people door to door trying to drum up business. I told them I would manage everything through my insurance company and was not interested. A few would say - they could get more out of my insurance company. This made me apprehensive. I wanted what was due, but not to deceive my insurance company or experience deceitfulness myself. If they were predisposed to cheat the insurance company, then they would be willing to do the same to me.
I highly recommend Texican Roofing they have honest people, provide quality products and work. I was very comfortable with the entire process.
