I cannot begin to say how much I am impressed with this company from the ownership all the way to the roofers. This company being veteran owned meant a lot to me, because of the core values veterans live by. And those values were very evident in the company and how they worked with me to replace the entire roof at the church.
Daniel, my point of contact and sale for the company made himself available for any questions I had and explained the entire process to me to ensure I knew what to expect. At no time from the initial inspection, to filing a insurance claim, to finishing the job, did I ever feel that we were not in safe hands.
At the end of the roof install, we suffered a major snow storm and freeze, which is not good in Texas. Out of the blue I got a call from Daniel to make sure the church was ok and we did not suffer water line breaks or other problems. This was above and beyond the job and exhibited the greatness of this company.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE TEXAS VETS ROOFING! Oh my goodness! I wish everything in life was so easy and such a positive experience! Toby and Casey went above and beyond! Our roof is beautiful! They were with us from estimate, to insurance adjuster meeting to helping us get what is owed to clean up when the roof was done! They did all three units of our house from tear off to finished install in 12 hours! Casey was our PM and was a pleasure to work with! So personable and so professional! Words cannot describe the experience my family had with Texas Vets Roofing. Toby and his team came to fix my grandmother's roof and the service was exceptional. Toby was very kind and patient explaining everything to not only my grandmother, but to me too to be sure we knew he was not trying to overcharge or do anything without our consent. Not only that, I got a flat tire leaving her house and Toby came and helped me put the spare on so I wouldn't get my business clothes dirty! He went above and beyond to make a big expense feel comfortable. I would highly recommend!

The team at Texas Vets Roofing made the process of replacing our roof so easy! my tenant called saying that the ceiling fell down because of a water leak. it just so happened she saw some guys with ladders working on the house across the street so she went over and asked if they could do her a favor and see if they could bring a ladder to go on the roof and help find where the water leak came from. reginald green from texas vets roofing came over with a ladder and examined the roof and sent me photos of the hail damage. because texas vets roofing was so helpful to the tenant and in explaining the problem with pictures i selected them to do the job. they have been courteous informative and professional throughout the entire process and they removed and installed the roof in one day. i am thoroughly pleased with their work and i highly recommend them for your next roof job.

Editing: The roof was fixed without issues on 11/10. But the ceiling interior was not. We were originally told the Sheetrock would need to be replaced, etc. The owners uncle comes on Monday Dec 18 to the job and says it doesn't need it. He sprays it with some stuff repainted it and leaves. Very unhappy. I text the owner who I talked to about the renovation work and he never responds. He knew we hadn't yet received the depreciation check from our insurance company. He said his wife would call my insurance because they had everything they needed. I get a gruff voicemail from the owners wife Friday Dec 22 demanding the depreciation check balance. Hmmm after you didn't respond to the subpar ceiling renovation!? Yea let me get right on that the Friday before Christmas. I'm sure they are open!
