Texas Traditions Roofing installed my roof in 2021 in a timely manner and did a very good job. Recently I had some damage to the roof due to the heat and they promptly came out and repaired the area. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing service from everyone at Texas Traditions. We had our roof replaced last year and Texas Traditions came highly recommended by neighbors. I have to say they overdelivered on what were already high expectations.

The whole team starting from Mike Sr and Jr are customer focused but I have to give special props to Brooks Flynn and Wes Strahan.

Brooks treated our project as if he was the home owner and kept us informed every step of the way and jumped to action the moment anything deviated from the plan.

Wes was outstanding as well and took true co-ownership of the project, he is extremely knowledgable and was always available to answer any question we had and more importantly, always found a solution to any challenge we faced.

I hope I don't need have my roof replaced any time soon, but if I do I know exactly who to call.

We originally got a self-pay estimate for roof replacement from TX Traditions. A month or so later, a major hailstorm meant that our insurance was going to pay for the roof replacement. We decided to go with TX Traditions based on their good online reviews and interaction with their salesperson.

Unfortunately, from that point everything went downhill. Our experience was the opposite of what we had read in the reviews - disappointment and frustration at every step of the process. It would take me pages to describe all the problems we encountered, so I'll just hit the highlights (or lowlights):
- once our insurance was involved, the price of our roof replacement went up about $6000 (original estimate didn't include gutters, though - maybe $1500)
- the ventilation materials that were delivered were incorrect. They were based on a previous design and they would have been installed, if I hadn't caught it and brought it to their attention.
- I never saw the supervisor on site. I didn't even have contact information for him. I had to call our salesperson and have him relay information.
- significant damage was done around the house, including ripping several window screens, smashed plants (which crew tried to cover up by tying the plant together with plastic bags), broken porch tiles, and damage to our back deck that required repainting it. We didn't trust TX Traditions to do the repair work, so we did it ourselves and submitted receipts for reimbursement. They balked at paying us for our labor, even though it was much cheaper than them hiring a contractor.
- the roof vents were installed incorrectly - the holes they cut were too small. We had to wait for a repair crew to come out and correct it and they didn't even finish the job the first time. I had to follow up and have them sent back out (again, no one following up from TX Traditions)
- the exhaust pipe for the water heater (in the attic) got disconnected and we had to wait about 5 days - and only after I called to follow up - to have someone come to fix it (despite it being a safety hazard). They brought the wrong part. Turned out, the vent on the roof needed to be corrected to enable the pipe to be reconnected.
- it took about a month and a half to get our gutters installed, although we had been told it would be a week or two. Even then, the gutter job was not completed correctly and they had to come back a 2nd time.

There's more but I'm sure you get the picture. Every customer service interaction was a disappointment. We had to continually drive the process, follow up to get things done, and act as the quality control monitor. I believe we could have chosen almost any other local roofing contractor and had a better experience.

Texas Traditions Roofing installed a new roof on our home yesterday! It was an unparalleled fabulous experience from our initial outreach through completion! Wonderful, maneuverable information rich website & FB page! Adding to their credibility is they have a brick & mortar office, many logo'ed vehicles and company members wear logo'ed clothing - they - they've been in this geographical area a long time and plan on being here a long time and this long community & area history & expertise = undeniable 5-star credibility! Our initial contact was Michael Pickle -- what a nice guy - personable, thoughtful listener, clear-spoken communicator! We also appreciate the attentive care and communications provided by Brooks and Josh! And, the roofing team, all wearing neon vests, were mythical in their energetic, focused and coordinated approach in executing the staggering number of details from start to finish, and COMPLETED our roof IN ONE DAY! Coincidentally, in addition to Texas Traditions there were 6+ other roofing company's installing roofs in our neighborhood over the past several weeks! We observed the other roofing company's took anywhere from 3 to 5 days to complete their roofs, and often had as many roofers as was working on our roof?! Texas Traditions stood ""heads-and-shoulders"" above all others!

Had a phenomenal experience with TTR recently, Stephen Shuster was a huge help getting us set up with our roof replacement. The roof was original (20+ yrs old) and after the late Dec/ early January storms we had some pretty significant damage that couldn't be repaired. He walked us through step by step how to deal with the insurance company and even met the insurance adjuster at the house when he came to check out the claim.

Once everything was approved the crew came out and had our 2 story roof and workshop roof, completely redone in 1day!! Anthony and his team worked nonstop all day and left ZERO mess!!

Super pleased with the whole process and whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone with repair or replacement need.

We HIGHLY recommend Texas Traditions for your roofing needs. Wes came out to inspect our 19 year old roof and instead of automatically suggesting a complete replacement, he took the time to inspect the roof, put together a list of recommendations and thoroughly explain what he observed. Based on his report, we had them come back out the following week to complete a few repairs. They were timely and efficient. We truly appreciate their professionalism and integrity and we will definitely recommend their services to friends and family!

Completely satisfied with Texas Tradition Roofing! They did a great job for us! Wes came out, explained everything in the most professional way & answered every question. They were not pushy at all. They started the day they scheduled us, and cleaned up everyday they left. Mario, was here everyday with the crew...he was awesome & very thorough!
