Texas Star Roofing & Construction replaced our existing roof as well as our patio roof construction. They were very professional, explained the work schedule thoroughly, explained the quotes and payment schedule thoroughly as well as showing up on time and staying within the time line of the job. The site manager was at my home for the entire scope of work double checking that everything was going according to the plan, and when he wasn't here on site, he was always available by phone. The Texas Star Roofing & Construction office staff also was very efficient in helping me deal with my insurance company through my claims process. They were knowledgeable and patient. My roof looks amazing and my patio turned out great. I would not hesitate to recommend Texas Star Roofing & Construction to anyone!

I AM A DISABLED VET....I had a leaky roof, i called my condo manager, she said the roof was done recently, about two years ago, i told her it leaked in my bedroom, she said she would contact the roofing company and get it fixed, now she told me she used Texas Star Roofing and the bro of the owner of Texas star roofing, he came said it wasn't his job, so my manager called Texas Star Roofing they sent two workers over who said they repaired the roof, so i had a company come and dry out my bedroom roof and spray for mold, cost me 1000 due to home owners insurance deductible, next big rain it leaked again, so i wasted 1000 dollars, i called my manager she gave me The roofing people number and i called talked to Letty, they said will fix the roof again, two workers came again, i assume it was fixed, next big rain it leaked again, to me this is very un-professional, to have to have the roof fixed 3 times, i never was rude i kept calling asking if they could plz stop the leak and take care of the inside too because it has leaked twice after they repaired it, even now i'm not sure if the leak is fixed, when i talked to the owner she had an attitude with me which she again shows in her response instead of trying to work this problem out with me, her people did a very poor job, and i'm not letting her stonewall me, i even offered to split the differences with them give me 500 half my deductible and i get the inside done myself.

Great pricing, incredibly helpful and pleasant staff, the show up when they say they're going to, and they get the job done right. And all for a very reasonable price.
