in the process of selling my home , we discovered that our roof had some damage. shortly after that we had a hail storm that totaled it out. with the stress of selling my home and now having to deal with my roof. raymond put me at ease and handled it with care. even started it before i had my insurance check.. definitely recommend texas showcase roofing !!!!

I had my roof replaced through an insurance claim. After multiple bids, Texas Show Case Roofing was the only company I felt comfortable with. Great customer service and great customer experience. These guys went out of their way and fought my insurance to get the whole thing covered after they the insurance only wanted to pay for a portion of it.

I have since referred friends to them and will use them for and repairs I my need in the future.

From all the reviews these guys sound great, but they seem to have real issues with their voicemail system and returning calls; i.e. they don't call back. I have called and left messages multiple times (10/3 & 10/11) just trying to get someone to contact me back and still nothing. Their work might be good but followup is pretty bad.

10 stars is what I wish I could grant Texas Showcase Roofing. I've been looking for a roofing company like this all my 39 year career. How many times have you heard something like this...""I called XYZ Roofing Company and they were supposed to come out but I never heard back from them and they never showed up"" Well folks it doesn't happen HERE. Or how about this after a hail storm...KNOCK-KNOCK, ""We're in your area and we work with XYZ Roofing company and we noticed you have some roof damage"" Run, don't walk away form these hucksters.
Mike and Raymond are true roofing professionals who take pride in their work and stand by their warranties and roof structures. I've referred dozens of my clients to them and they all report back with GLOWING reviews.....they call right back, they show up on time, they start the work on schedule and they do what they say they're going to do. What I also like that if there is only minor damage they can do those repairs too.
Why reinvent the wheel when Texas Showcase Roofing is doing it the right way each and every time.

AWESOME!!!! Raymond at Texas Showcase Roofing was great, he was so professional and informative. Raymond took his time in explaining the process of installing a new roof, he gave me many options as far as materials available he could use to replace my roof. His Technicians put up a camera so I could see the process of my old roof being torn off and my new roof being installed. During the process there was a miscommunication about my 2 Babies (dogs) and the techs were very conscious to the needs of my babies, they worked around and finished the job in one day, not too bad for a 2000 square foot roof. Yes the roof was completed in one day and looks awesome, they had to come back the next day to remove the trash bin and made sure my yard was as clean as when they started.
The icing on the cake was that after the insurance adjuster gave me his estimate, Raymond took care of everything after that with the insurance company! That was sooooo awesome, I didn't talk to the insurance company after that initial estimate, he took care of everything ;-)

Raymond has done numerous roofs on my rental properties. From asphalt shingles to clay tiles. His work is excellent, he completes his work in a timely manner and his rates are reasonable. It's great to find an honest roofer like Raymond. Thanks, Rick Reyna
