I Received a quote (verbal as salesman did not have any forms) big disconnect between what was said and what was performed. Stated they would have to repair the decking from leaking vent down to roof edge to ensure they got all damaged wood, repair was to cover from ""rafter to rafter to rafter"" so ~ 4 feet wide and replace related shingles and felt. Also replaced the vent itself. Repairman spent ~ 3 hours total and replaced a 16 inch by 16 inch piece of wood and related shingles. all for $1,600? Have asked for details of the quote which Co will not provide.
