Hi neighbors, wanted to take a moment and recognize the incredible experience that I had with Klint and his crew at Texas Roofing and Leak Repair. I am so pleased with the quality of my new roof and the level of care and professionalism that Klint and his team demonstrated. My new roof is far superior to my previous as Klint worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company to ensure that they were able to address all of the deficiencies that the prior roof had as a result of home builders cheaper products and installation techniques. My roof is far superior to what it was previously and I'm confident will bring us years of security and enjoyment. I Received a quote (verbal as salesman did not have any forms) big disconnect between what was said and what was performed. Stated they would have to repair the decking from leaking vent down to roof edge to ensure they got all damaged wood, repair was to cover from ""rafter to rafter to rafter"" so ~ 4 feet wide and replace related shingles and felt. Also replaced the vent itself. Repairman spent ~ 3 hours total and replaced a 16 inch by 16 inch piece of wood and related shingles. all for $1,600? Have asked for details of the quote which Co will not provide.
