Good luck getting service BEFORE the sale - I can't even imagine how bad it is after the sale. Talked to Jerry - then couldn't get him by cell, his voice mail was full, his email bounces back, and at one time, their website was down. Thought they were out of business. When I did finally get hold of him and told him I was going with someone else, he said, ""Sounds good. Let me know if anything changes."" Really? Buy Beware. This is the Texas Roof Masters operating out of the Houston area. I think they're spending their time chasing hail damage and claiming to be one of the best roofers in the area. I seriously doubt it.
