If they can't handle estimates, how can they handle a remodel job? My husband and I called for an estimate to remodel a kitchen and bathroom-an approx. $7k job.

The field rep came 3 hours late for the estimate. He was professional when here, but took two weeks plus a reminder via a phone call to their office to get them to send a digital estimate. This is a big job, and we accepted the offer, and said we wanted them to mail us a hardcopy of the estimate.

The office never sent the hardcopy, despite two more phone calls to Mariah, their office secretary. I was going to call them again, but am now hesitant to hire a company that can't reliably send estimates or return phone calls. We're going with a more reliable company.

don't waste your time- They where a no show for the appointment - no call till the next day - and even then the man seemed put out I still wanted him to show up - he basically said he would bid the same as the insurance company - despite not even looking at the damage- after careful thought of the poor customer service I later called and cancelled - which the man once again didn't offer to reschedule or apologize for the no show- there's bound to be a business that is need for $$$! these guys aren't apparently

Good luck even being able to obtain an estimate. Scheduled two appointments to have an estimate completed on having the exterior of my home painted. I travel for my job alot and moved around my schedule to be able to be home to obtain an estimate. Never received a phone call to cancel either appointment attempt. Appointments were at 5:30pm, office closes at 5 no phone number to check on why no one showed up till office hours the next morning. First time they were no shows due to the ""schedule not syncing to the phones"", rescheduled to give the company a second chance to provide the estimate. Could get me in 4 days later. Rearranged schedule again to be available for estimate. Second time no show and did not even provided a reason. If this is how they handle providing estimates I would not trust them to do any work on my home. Not professional in any aspect. Look elseware other then ""Texas Professional Exteriors"".

I know that they are hundreds of companies that can put a roof on, but these guys not only do quality work, they actually seem to care about my needs. This is one of the nicest companies I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. Their name says it all. Not only did they keep me informed throughout the process, they also took the time out of their schedule to meet with my insurance guy. They took care of little details that were important to me like my yard, pool, plants, and clean-up. I certainly don't ever want to replace my roof ever again, but if I do, I'll be calling Matt and Christel. Thank you once again for your kindness, personal touch, and outstanding service!!
