Shane did an awesome job putting up a gate for us! His communication was amazing and we greatly appreciate it! So we asked them to put up a back fence for us as well later on. This time communication was awful! It took so long to even get someone to call us back about this. They FINALLY came out and put up a back fence but again communication was awful! The fence is fine and did a good job. Then, we asked to get it stained after the fence was put up and I am still to this day waiting for an estimate price on staining. No one has contacted us about an estimate even though someone came out two weeks ago to look at it. They do a good job putting up a fence but expect a good 2 weeks before you even hear back from someone. I recommend them if you have time to wait a while to hear back from Bret to discuss anything with him! I feel communication is key for a business especially with clients! Unfortunately we will find another business to stain our fence and won't use them again due to the lack of communication. Way to frustrating.

Picking a fencing contractor can be daunting. After some research, I asked Texas pride for a quote, and from the time Shane came out to survey the job, I was convinced they were everything the reviews said they were. The price was fair, the workmanship exceptional, the product exactly as promised, and the All American crew a welcome surprise. Neighbors are knocking at my door asking for contact info. They are now my go-to choice.

The staff were very professional, prices were reasonable, service was prompt and the work was good. I had a section of a fallen fence repaired after a bad windstorm. They replaced wooden posts with metal ones. I am very pleased.

Bret, the owner, personally came by my home to assess the projects. He provided a very fair quote and date to complete the work before he left that day. Our storm damage included a roof, gutters, fence work, and interior water damage. Bret was easy to work with from the first meeting through a ton of work both on the house and with the insurance company. Jordann was great to work with also and between them they have a good balance of fieldwork and administrative work. We were not in a hurry and dealing with our insurance company was not a fast process. Bret was good at meeting our expectations despite having a lot of work going on. If we needed something done quickly he made it happen. He also got the big items done quickly so the disruptive work didn't persist. He worked to make sure everything got done right. Very happy with the quality of the work and all the help through the process!

Due to recent hail and storm damage we had a huge amount of damage. The extent of damage included roof, gutters and downspouts, chimney cap and siding, fencing down and window screens ruined. We contracted with Texas Pride Construction to handle the entire scope of work. Bret did an excellent job on making the repairs and was very competitive. Thanks Bret for a job well done!

Don't bother requesting an estimate since they don't answer the phone nor reply back to your emails. Finally after requesting a quote online and leaving a voicemail I received an email from someone named Jordann a couple of days later asking for additional information which I promptly sent to her within a few minutes. That was 5 days ago and have never heard back even after sending another email. If they are this difficult to get in touch with I don't want any part of them since this is horrible customer service!

Texas Pride and Brett have been a great help on a number of different home projects over the past 5 years. Initially he installed a horizontal fence that turned out amazing; both in design and build quality. So nice that my neighbor had his fence done a month later. Next he did a partial kitchen remodel that turned out great, went off without a hitch. Lastly, 3 months ago he completed a new roof (3,700 sq ft) on time and not a penny over budget! He managed the job site and effectively lead the crew to complete the entire roof in a single day. He was on top of everything and even provided weather reports leading up to the job and had multiple contingency plans in case there were unforeseen circumstances.

Most roofers will tell you what you ""should do"" what you ""need to do"" and tell you ""you don't want that"". I decided to use a special order and upgraded tile, a little more money, a very different mixture of colors, but most roofers I spoke with were ""certain"" I shouldn't special order because they can get me a ""better deal"" aka materials they want you to use. They told me it"" would look terrible"" and better to use generic tile; they were quite wrong because it looks amazing!!! I will try and upload a picture.later . Bret was totally open to my ideas and supportive of the architectural designed tiles and custom ridge tiles. He has an artist like need for perfection, takes great pride in his work, possess a refreshing direct integrity ; these are the qualities I look for when hiring someone to tear my home apart and put it all back together again.
