We have received numerous complaints about this company claiming to be members of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT). They are NOT members and are illegally using our logos.

Please do your research before hiring any roofing contractor. A legitimate company will provide proof of insurance and have a valid business address and website. Feel free to go to our website WWW.RoofTex.com for a list of vetted members.

We hired this company to do our roof they had the best price in town and we were told they were windstorm certified. Come to find out 2 months after the job was done no paperwork was filed to the Texas dept of insurance. When I notified the owner of my findings her response was ""my job was to do the roof and that was done"". I asked her about the certificate that she said she had mailed to me was not her responsibility, she was not the engineer. She told us and it's in our contract that she would file the paperwork for the certificate. Come to find out we're not the only people she did this to. I will not recommend this company to anyone! To think we were gonna have them come do the roof for my addition on my house. Never again!

I hired this company to replace a roof on a rental property. After having the owner, Mandy, go out to inspect the property and give me an estimate, I hired them. It went downhill after the first down payment of half the cost. As soon as she went out to the property to start, another $2500 was needed because according to her, the entire roof needed to be replaced, she realized this because it was not obvious until after peeling back some of the layers! My $3080 contract suddenly was now $5580, the roofers were there the following day and did the 780 square foot house in less than a day, and did an amazing job. But, the house had two ceilings caved in, the prior tenants treated this property horribly, I called a ""roofing"" company because I thought the roof needed to be replaced! To me it should have been obvious! She was to landscape yard, repair holes and cracks, replace fixtures, replace ALL drywall on ceiling, add insulation to ceiling, and paint all rooms.
Poorly done, not even sure insulation was put in! I'm very disappointed! The walk through was done by her husband because she was ill, but the walk through was scheduled the week before too and they still weren't finished! She loves to text! And beware because if you reply , she may think the messages are sarcastic, but won't simply call to talk like an owner of a company. I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the first bad review I've ever made! So sorry that a female who owns this company did such a bad job and got paid $5540, I refused to pay her the extra $40!!!But because I know her husband worked very hard, she got paid most of her contract. She promised too much and delivered NOTHING she said! Workmanship was NOT professional, very DIY type of job!
