I had these guys replace my roof and it looked good right after but the poor quality of their work showed when the wind started. The edge shingles flapped up during high winds. They came out once to fix but didn't fix it properly. It continued yesterday so I called my handyman. He said they didn't put the edge strips down so the tiles could be nailed correctly and securely. I'm paying him do fix what they didn't do correctly. They also didn't replace flashing that should have been replaced resulting in leaks.

I'm honestly not sure how this place is still in business. It takes an act of Congress to even get a reply from anyone in the first place. I first started trying to contact Texas Master Roofing in JANUARY. Crickets. When they finally did reply in JULY, it's ONLY via text, and sparse. They said they'd be out yesterday morning, but never showed up and didn't respond to texts until 11AM today with ""they're there now"", but so were we.. and there was no one at our house. They literally told a lie thinking we wouldn't know. Unbelievable. Now, no reply, no explanation, no apology. Nothing. The only reason we called them is because of a warranty on the roof. I'd rather forego that ""warranty"" and pay someone honest and reliable. We won't be attempting to work with Texas Master Roofing again.

A few months ago I hired Texas Master Roofing for some roofing repairs, based on a recommendation from a neighbor on Nextdoor. The repairs made were very poor, I could see from the street that the work was not done right. An inspection found all repairs were done improperly, and have to be completely removed and re-done. Kress (owner of the company) personally did this work, and left nail holes in the roof, exposed nails, open ends on ridge vents, and several places where water would leak into the attic.

Eventually Kress agreed to refund my money, admitting the work was bad. Then he went silent on me. At this point I want to make sure no one else gets fooled by him, and I have filed a small claims suit against his company, along with entering a complaint with the BBB.

If anyone has used Texas Master Roofing I would suggest having someone else look at his work, you may be surprised what he did to your roof. In my case he caused more damage than good, and it will now cost me more to have someone else undo his work, and do it properly.

Texas Master Roofing I greatly recommend! The crew who replaced our roof was fast and efficient doing the job in one day!! Clean up was excellent! Well worth the money!!
They also stain grout in my kitchen area doing a great job! Looks like brand new flooring! And they also replace some of my laminate flooring that was water damaged from dropping drinks on the floor warping them in places! Excellent job!

We had a leak in a roof connection between an old roof and a new one that was part of an addition.

The slab that the addition was erected on was at a different can't than the household slab (obviously); runoff, etc.

The adjoining roof had a pooling situation going on and was not draining correctly in addition to the leak.

I called, stated the problem. Gave the address. Was waiting for the return call stating a ridiculous price, or even better, that the problem was worse than expected or something like that. Instead I called them 2 days later inquiring of the repair

It was already done.

For less than expected.
