This is an honest guy. I had MANY roofers come to inspect and repair my metal roof that was plagued with problems. They all tried to take advantage of me. Nevelle did not, he made every effort to fix my problems, followed up with me and made trips to check the work at no charge afterward. When it came time to get rid of the problem roof, he was the only one I considered because I knew he would do a good job without any deception. Here Is a family man, that does what he says, doesn't mind traveling to remote parts of the countryside and treats you with respect and makes you feel like a friend, not just a client. I don't generally recommend companies, but I do wholeheartedly recommend this one if you need a new roof or repairs.

If I could give 10 stars to Neville, I would! We could not be happier with the roof he provided for us.

One day a year or do ago it started raining IN our bathroom. Our ins co got someone out to tarp it immediately but after checking their reviews, I did not want them doing a new roof.

I had several estimates and Neville wasn't the cheapest but there was no question he was honest and trustworthy and making him our choice was the best decision I've made on a major purpose EVER!!

He fought quite a battle with our ins. adjustor - not once but continually !! - and he wouldn't let up on them. He won because he knew what he was talking about and wouldn't let them get away with a half assed roof!

And... He was here both days the roof went on making sure everything was on point (it was) and no corners were cut. Cleanup was spotless when they'd left and since we have a pool, there was concern shingles, gravel from those shingles and/or nails might end up in it. No worries there! It was completely tarped and as spotless when all was said and done.

It's been about 18 months since the new roof went on and we couldn't be happier. We have not only a great roof but a better quality one than many of our neighbors, (they didn't use Texas Lone Star) - all thanks to Neville's high quality standards, both personally as well as professionally.

Was it a lot more than some of the other quotes? Actually not at all and in fact, we probably have a far higher quality roof for the same amount we'd have had to pay someone else. You pay the same deductible regardless of what the insurance company pays the roofer!!

The difference want about $$ when all was said and done, but being a novice about getting a roof, you don't know that! For us the difference was Neville. He made darn sure the insurance company was going to pay for a quality roof - and thanks to him going to battle for us, that's exactly what we got!! Not some second rate job by a fly by nighter who comes in after a big storm!

If you need a roof, I can't recommend him higher. He truly delivers. He cares, he's honest and he's there with and for you from start to finish. You'll never regret making the choice of going with Texas Lone Star Roofing and Neville because this man does what he says and doesn't cut corners to put a few extra bucks in his pocket.
