I had a roof leak in my sunroom and first called the man we had used to do a lot of work on our house last year. He said he was familiar with the problem and would fix it for $2,300! I then called my insurance company (it was already after 4:30 on a Thursday). My rep called me back at 5:30 and said she would have a roofer they work with call me. Victor Ruiz with Texas Hammer Roofing called me back within five minutes and said he would come out right then! He didn't find damage on the roof that would be covered by insurance, but he looked at the sunroom (flat) roof and said he could fix it for $400!! He got the materials the next day (Friday) and came back yesterday (Monday) and did some repairs. He tested it out by forcing water on it via the water hose. It was still leaking, so he added more sealant and tested it again. No leak! But he said to call him if I ever have another leak and he will take care of it. Very kind man! Very quick! Very efficient! Excellent work and excellent price!!! I will recommend his company to anyone I know who has problems with their roof!

His contractors are polite, respectful of our property and professional. There weren't any nails left behind and they cleaned up so well, you'd not know they were there. I wish more home repair companies were as efficient and friendly!

Victor came out to check in our roof within a couple of hours of my call, even though it was late afternoon and pouring down rain and our house is close to an hour from his location! He immediately tarped our roof and had his guys out to fix it as quickly as possible.
