I was completing a DIY project at home & hit a snag that required handyman services. I spoke to Yolanda at 3 p.m. & gave her a rundown of what I needed. She had her man here in under an hour!! An hour later, job is complete & I'm a happy camper! Handyman arrived with mask, very professional & knowledgeable with every tool he needed. I just found my newest A++ reputable service company. Great job guys!

We found her ad on Craigslist for handyman services and hired her company to send someone out to replace a shower head and bath faucet. First they lied about the initial price that was was given. Then the person they sent out really didn't have much experience. They took pretty much the entire day to fix the shower stuff but then they created plumbing issues by not fixing the issue properly. Now we have a leak and our drywall is coming off from the swirling downstairs and cracking from a leak that was created by the poor handyman services provided. Their add says they are licensed and are insured, so when we called back to explain the situation, ""Theresa"" advised that it is not her problem and that we should speak with our attorney, that she was not going to do anything, that her handyman quit on her and didn't pay her for the services. She refuses to even send us an invoice. Now we are stuck with plumbing and now drywall issues that we will have to pay out of pocket all because this company refuses to fix their shoddy work and take responsibility as they should since this was her subcontractor and they are insured. They have now blocked my number.
