Bad experience. Reported to North Texas BBB, my complaint went ""Unanswered"". Texas First Roofing (Formerly RTC Roofing) stole
over $18,000.00 from me. Foolishly agreed to their terms of 70% up
front-they never did the work. Later made Offer to Full Refund, but
has not refunded the money.

I work in the alarm industry and we had an unfortunate event where our tech damaged the ceiling of our client. Since our primary office is out of state, I looked for a contractor in the area of our installation and read great reviews for this company. I gave them a call and they did not disappoint. They worked with me and my client and we were able to schedule a walk through immediately and schedule the ceiling repair as well. Our client was happy and so was I. I'd like to thank Jackie who helped me out through out the process and made this easy for myself and my company. I hope not to have any more incidents like the one we had but if we ever need their help again, I won't hesitate to call them again.

Honest contractors? SAY WHAAAA?! That's what I thought too.

After our roof, shed, and fence took one hell of a beating after a super storm and we went on the search for roofers. Thankfully we met the great people at RTC Roofing and I could not be happier. They are fully bonded, licensed (despite it not being necessary here in Texas), have a long list of references, have great working relationship with well-known companies that provide tiles, they are cleared with every HOA in our town and I dunno, I was just impressed with their sheer honesty and knowledge. Even better, they made sure that they were there when the insurance company came out to do the appraisal and they are helping with the push back so we can get the payout we deserve so that we can get everything fixed.

The business is owned by a husband/wife team and you can see the sheer amount of care they put into everything, including their showroom and they want you to take home samples and talk things through before you make any big decisions. Even better, they take all major credit cards and have financing options.

We are still waiting for everything to come through, but I'm confident that when all is said and done, we will be happy with their work. I mean, they guarantee that if you have any problems within two years that they will come back with no problem. How do I know that? I called around and asked myself. :)
