Texas Family Roofing is a great company, definitely the local guys who are worth the call. The quality of service they provide is 10/10 i would definitely recommend them to everyone i know.

Initially Texas Family Roofing was super responsive and easy to work with. Everything was very streamlined and we were able to quickly get on their schedule to have our roof replaced. While I do think that they did a good job in the roof replacement I would advise against using them for any other additional construction/contracting services.

Let me explain, our insurance covered a roof replacement as well as refinishing portions of our deck due to hail damage. Texas Family Roofing said that they could refinish the deck for us and we agreed that at an additional cost to us we would just have the entire deck refinished all at once instead of just the portions that was covered by insurance. Shortly after they ""refinished"" the deck, the stain started to chip all over. I tried contacting them multiple times and they were not as responsive as before, and despite them eventually agreeing to come and fix the problem they ghosted me. In hindsight, we should have just gone with someone who specializes in refinishing decks, but here we are.

Again, I think they did a fine job in terms of roof replacement, but would strongly advise against using them for anything outside of that.

This guy from Texas Family Roofing comes to my door - I have a staked sign that says ""No Soliciting"" staked into our yard because we rescue dogs and strangers at the door stresses everyone out. I ask him if he saw my No Soliciting sign and he says ""Yea but I just wanted to leave you my card"". I explain that knocking on our door to leave us his card IS SOLICITING and he repeats he was just trying to leave us his card. Before he left he changed his story that he didn't see the sign... I wish these guys respected private property and followed signs asking for privacy.

We had leakage from skylight and they came and told us what the problem was and give us an estimate to how much it's going to be to fix that problem after they done the work skylight still having the same problem they come back they told us it's a problem with the roof shingles and they will to replace it after they done this work we still have a same problem and that's was going for many months is where they would come and different representative stated is that the problem is different and they will do whatever to fix it they was doing on the roof I asked them at the beginning if it's a problem with the skylight itself and they told us no the skylight in a good condition last time we have a rain it's still leaking we called them they come over they inspected it again and they say now it's a different problem and we have to replace skylight will have to adjust our gutters and it's gonna cost us and we need to pay more I asked them if they going to give us money back for the job they done that didn't take care of the problem and the guy say that that's problem was not the time now it's a different problem and they keep making excuses different representative different managers keep telling us a different problem different way to solve the problem at the end of the day we have our skylight leaking every time you called them they been unprofessional rude last time person that stated that he's a manager didn't wanna even talk while I'm trying to explain that why do I have to pay a game and they never fix the problem and he say he's not gonna talk and he just left without explaining and he say he's not talking to me so they took our money they didn't fix our problem and here we are all beside spending thousands of dollars have still the same problem I would highly recommend and encourage find another company if you want to you problem fix without stressing out for many months, without excuses or without people calling and say hey me and my wife are having a family problem I cannot showed up or showed up tomorrow hey we cannot show up now I have a not being at work I have my personal problem and it's all the time different kind of excuses. if I can give it is zero I would give us zero I would give it a minus something so do not even bother yourself and if you want a headache then call them if not then find another place to fix your roof

I couldn't ask for a better experience. From the start, Yousif was prompt on coming out for the estimate and providing a quote. Very professional and detailed quote. Between Yousif and Hector, I was kept up on timing of when materials would be in and they were amazing on getting the roof removed and replaced in less than 2 days! I really appricate the text/calls from Hector during the installation to keep me in the loop of the progress. The clean up was perfect and I haven't found a single nail yet! Thank you !!!

I want to rate a 1 star but I'll give them 2 just because they still did a job although I'm not sure how well and evidently needless... Long story short, they did a roof maintenance that supposed to prevent leaks. Had a leak, they came back and said 99% sure what the issue is. Paid $350. Still had the same leak. They sent another guy, this time saying he was certain it was something else. This time $450. Rained and immediately leaked. They came back right away and said for sure it was something else. They covered a rusty nail with some stuff. Well it rained last night, and I still had a leak. So what am I supposed to think? Am I supposed to have confidence in this company where the owner says to make it right ""the first time?""

Texas Family replaced our roof for us last month. Paul and Erik treated us like family. We love the color of our shingles and many of our neighbors have complimented us. They use quality materials. The owner came out to our home when we requested a bid and he followed up when the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied. They worked hard to protect our property and pool from debris and cleaned up at the end of every day. If you need a roofer, give them a call.

One of the greatest experiences with a contractor that I have ever had. From the initial appointment with Paul I felt comfortable with doing business with him. He never pressured us into making expensive decisions and even welcomed quotes from other companies. There was no comparison, his price was cheaper and the service was second to none.

The entire crew was respectful of the rest of the community when picking up trash and trying to keep noise to a minimum. They were very polite and trustworthy.

I would encourage anybody looking for a new roof to give this company a shot.
