All I can say is that Robert helped me get a new roof twice in one year. I had hail damage and shortly after a house fire and Robert from Texas elite provided me with the best customer service I've had to date. I mean that in the way of he gave me the best customer service out of any area I've done business. This place is a class act in my opinion. Wow this company really was refreshing to work with from start to finish , they were easy to talk to and work with showed up on time through the the whole process never made my wife or I feel pressured did a beautiful job on my home exterior I keep getting compliments from all the neighbors, they did not just do my roof because of recent storms they did a general contractor job face-lift on my entire property, Roof upgraded to 30 year 130 mph wind storms and 15 years guarantee on materials quality including tear off and replacement and disposal if ever found defective in addition to others standard warranty, they replaced a whole north section of fence and restained the remander to match,and repainted the whole exterior and my wife and lady next door absolutely love the new color and it not brick so it was a whole new exterior appearance ,and replaced gutters and shutters and replaced panels of the garage door as well the whole 9 year old house looks like it was built last month now. The service writer and owner John was really easy to talk to and work with and his Forman Steve was very polite and addressed all my concerns, these guys are all local and I Believe they all go to the same church so no work on Sunday ,I know several neighborhoods who have done their home before me and all had very good comments about John Meyer and his workmanship and business honor ,and that is extremely rare in a company today but I guess that why folks like Burleson and it's businesses because of the small town feel you get working with people that make you feel like a friend . In summary my home is better than it was before and the value is survey better now and all at a very reasonable cost to me .
