Texas Direct Roofing has been great to work with, starting first in 2019 when they helped with a new roof replacement and in 2024, when they came out for an inspection. Matt has been my main contact, and he's been responsive, thorough, and professional. His team members, Ron and Mason, have been great too. They made the whole process, including coordinating insurance, seamless and easy on my side. I felt that they were fair and transparent during our discussions, so it made it easy for me to make informed decisions afterwards. The new roof has held up beautifully since it was replaced, and even after several rounds of storms and hail over the past 5 years, the roof passed inspection with no problems found. I'm very happy with my experience and will continue to use and refer Texas Direct Roofing going forward.

Praise for Jamie Walker and Texas Direct Roofing and Construction on a GREAT job restyling my existing deck. A tree planted next to the deck had grown to the point of lifting part of my Trex deck. Working with Jamie to remedy the situation was a dream. He always responded in a timely manner, checked in and was thorough and accurate. The workers from Texas Direct ( Jason and Nolan) did a thorough and professional job and were very polite and personable. Thank you! The service was exceptional for businesses these days!

I have dealt with a ton of contractors over the last several years of being a homeowner, and Texas Direct has been the easiest to deal with by a long shot. They made the whole process, from start to finish, so easy and painless for us. Insurance tried to make it difficult, and Texas Direct took over and made it a breeze. Nathan is a fantastic rep and I built a lot of trust in him because he has been to my house over the last 3 years saying he could get my roof replaced, but it wasn't necessary and for me to save the money and get more time out of my roof. That says a lot about someone when they could fill their pocket from another job, but have the respect and ethics to be honest and make the homeowner's best interest a priority. My new roof looks amazing and they knocked it out in less than a day. Workers were very respectful and attentive to my property and belongings as well. I couldn't recommend them more, and will gladly refer them to anyone looking for a roofer or contractor as I also found out they do upgrades around the house as well. Feels great to have a contact I can trust, they are hard to find these days!

If I could give 0 stars for Texas Direct Roofing this company would definitely deserve it. It has taken 14 months to install a new roof and a aluminum patio cover kit. They have had to order material and reinstall the patio cover 3 times, because they keep sending the same contractor out to install it. Even with the instructions in their hand they cannot put it together right. They Constantly make appointments to show up and fail to do so. They called before roof and patio is finished with a fraudulent invoice backdated January Saying we haven't paid. We have numerous text messages requesting install dates after the invoice date. Numerous text saying their crews did not show up to install patio. Then Jerrimy calls being desperate and rude and demanding saying he's coming wanting money before patio is completed and without even provide an itemized bill. I tell them I'm not paying until project is complete he then tells me Justin will call me. The next day I get a email that Justin no longer works for them. They call and give us two hours notice saying there contractors are showing up when we were out of town. We tell them we are out of town, they reschedule for Tuesday, but while we were gone they send a contractor out. The contractor damaged Several of the patio panels, leaves nails and shingles on roof and yard. Doing shoddy work and replace the new roof with two rows of roofing a completely different color. We now have a roof with two different color Shingles and a newly damaged patio that will leak. so we are back where we started 14 months ago. Run from this company. We still have to resolve this issue but are taking all action to get it resolved

Texas Direct roofing and construction. My Review: They had a superb crew install an upgraded roof/felt. Only issue was they left 51 roofing nails in my yard and had to return using magnets. As for their construction sub-contractors I rate poor. Reason: Glass crew had many OSHA violations in safety. Glass installer dropped broken glass on my bedroom carpet as well as his arm then used my vacuum to clean it up. Really? He also was chipping broken glass on a kneeling crewmember picking up glass. Drywall and Painters were professional. Good job. All throughout there was NO Texas Direct supervisor on site except to pick up payment. They need a lot of procedure and safety training. TD was friendly and eventually did what they promised. I should not have had to remind them.

This company has so many good reviews that I trusted in making a horrible decision. I have to assume that the people posting the excellent reviews have never actually been on their roof. They promised me the world until construction day and it all went to hell. Many of the issue sI had with the old roof was not addressed and only transferred to the new roof. The owner Jerrimy stated that they gave me what I originally had. That was the issue - I had a horrible roof and was paying Texas Direct to make it better !!! I regret ever hiring this company and giving them the payment without having a 3rd party adjuster walk the roof. I have had to hire adjusters to help represent me with this issue. Texas Direct contacted my insurance company today to try to convince my inside adjuster that I had dropped my PA so they would send final payment. They told me over and over what a great job they did on my roof. Maybe 100 people did have excellent experiences with this company or maybe they are naive and never checked the work. Who knows but when It came to Texas Direct it sucked to be me.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Rob D. from the company contacted me promptly. He meet with me at a time which was convenient for me. He arrived early. After looking at my home he gave me a fair estimate.. On the day of installation, the roofing crew was here and ready to work. Rob checked on several times throughout the day. The crew protected windows, A/C, bushes, etc... They work continuously till complete. They were respectful of the neighbors with their radio, vehicles, and equipment. Once completed, they cleaned up the entire area. We ran into some cosmetic issues and Rob and Matt worked to address the unpredictable challenge of a metal-framed house. Overall I happy and would recommend Rob, Matt, and his company.

I thought this company was going to help me out with all my needs, but it appears I have been scammed. The agent I had Aaron Woodhouse took advantage of me because I was a female and this was my first claim. I made the mistake and let him know the quote from my claim from the insurance company and he took that and ran with it. I asked him several times for invoices and receipts, but he failed to provide them. I figured the check I provided him from the insurance company was enough because I didn't hear back from him once the work was completed. He did not even come to see if the fence was stained, window screens replaced or paint inside was done correctly. As for the painting the painters left paint on my carpet in my living area, on my mats in my kitchen and some of the cabinets in my kitchen. The painters tried to wipe the paint off, but wasn't very successful. As for the screen replacement the guy came out for a minute and popped 2 screens out the 2 front windows when I needed one in the front and one in the back. This company was provided directly with over $9000.00 for the work and has yet to provide documentation, but is asking for over $16,057.80 more. I do not have that kind of money and if I knew it would have been that much I would have went with someone else, but I trusted this guy and he seemed nice. I guess my judgement was off that day. So, everything is completed and he put in another bid with my insurance company, but my mortgage company has decided if the work was worth this much due to no invoices or receipts being provided from the roofers, fence stain company, screen replacement company and painters. No one could provide a business card. The only person who came out and seemed legit was the screen replacement company because he was in a company vehicle. I am very unhappy with this company because I truly feel they took advantage of me. This is a lesson learned and hopefully they will not do this to anyone else. I understand everyone was trying to get what they could due to the virus, but this was not the way to do it.
Sincerely,
Unhappy, Dissatisfied, Foolish and Naive Customer

Jerrimy and Texas Direct Roofing were a pleasure to work with. I was very uneasy about the process but Jerrimy was very patient and educated me all along the way. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Review of TXDirect Roofing:
With the past few storms we had on consecutive Sundays this past June 2019, we experienced some leakage from our roof into our bedroom ceiling when some shingles had been blown off our home.
Having resorted to needing an immediate request for help, I searched the BBB website for local roofing contractors with a good history of customer service being among the various criteria for contact. This would prove to be the best thing I did for our home. Among others displayed was TX Direct Roofing. I used the BBB online tool to contact all the selected contractors and the last one I contacted was TX Direct. Two others replied and could not get to me until later in the week and the first to contact me by phone was TX Direct.
As luck would have it, I was talking to the office when the Project manager, Aaron Woodhouse walked in and said he could be here in 15 minutes. Upon his arrival in a marked pickup truck, Aaron went to work immediately to secure the sections of roof exposed, estimate the amount of repair to be done (in this case replaced) and proceeded to help me contact my insurance company to file a claim and get the process to fix the roof started.
This is where it took the longest to get accomplished along with an estimator on site later that week to give the insurance company his best estimate of damage. After all said and done and the length of time it took just to get approval, I decided we waited too long and were at risk for further damage so we decided to replace the roof since it was not done well, was 10 years old and we probably wouldn't meet the 2% deductible. Again, TX Direct stepped in and the next week we got a new roof, 30 year quality shingles and a good warranty from Certain-teed and TX Direct in repair labor.
The project went well with Hector from M&G Construction doing the hard part of the roofing install and especially in 90+ degree heat. We had little damage from falling tiles and nails and cleanup was as described in the estimate contract as well as covering our AC units we recently installed in 2017 at great cost, so our investment was protected. The materials installed were of better quality than the previous roofers 10 years ago and the shingles heavy and solid. The replacement roof was finished within the time frame specified and now looks great on the home. The vents pipes were painted to match the roof, the turbines work effortlessly and silently as opposed to a neighbors that doesn't move at all and when they do they screech!
We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. TX Direct's project manager Aaron Woodhouse was all that the BBB review report said and more. He really cared about our satisfaction and putting any fears about the install to rest. I must say that Hectors' installers were always gracious and in this heat, doing a good job can really be a chore and my wife and I want them to know we will be using them in fall projects I have in line for TX Direct to manage.
