Definitely recommend this team for any roofing or water issues you are having. We have a modern flat roof home and seems to be hard to find a team who really knows how to work with that type of home. That plus we are built on an incline and so two sides of the home are extreme heights for residential. All that said, the entire team was great! Easy to work with. Easy to communicate expectations with. They explained what they could do, quote was fair, work was done in a timely manner and the office manager Stormy was organized and on top of things for us too. All in all, if I could give 6 stars for our experience I would. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and Overpriced! Had several companies come out at the same time through Yelp search for my roof. One Texas Cool Roof reps, Denny, came out and said he'd tarp the roof and wait on response from Insurance to give us a quote. Once I got the insurance info, I sent it to him along with a few other companies. Texas Cool Roof was way over priced compared to the other four estimates. 2K for the cheap material roof and 4k over for the upgraded material roof. I was still leaning and willing to give it to Texas Cool Roof but when I asked if they could do any better on their estimate this dude goes off on me through email. He did a complete 360 on us and within his novel of a response he threatened me and other companies of committing fraud and if caught I was going to go to jail and pay a fine through a punishable offense. He also said that all other companies in Austin used guys from Home Depot. This helped me decide to go with another company as I never said anything about trying to be deceitful, just asked for a better quote. In the end Texas Cool Roof charged me for the tarp they never quoted me of doing. The other roofing company I went with said that was pretty bad service and said that in the business, they do the tarp as a courtesy in hopes you'll pick them and if you don't, they typically don't charge when a customer ends up going with another company. But I went ahead and paid it anyway to never have to deal with this company again. This company needs to learn some customer service.

Cody and team came out in a timely manner, evaluated the problem and were able to complete the repair at a reasonable cost and within a week. I mention timing because it was very difficult to find a roofer who was not overwhelmed with hail damage replacements (given recent storms) and would give me the ""time of day"" for a less than full roof replacement. Obviously, Texas Cool Roofing values all their customers and can balance repairs and replacements in their portfolio.

We had a great experience with Texas Cool Roofing. We had multiple companies come look at our roof and Texas Cool was the only one to recommend we call our insurance as we had significant hail damage. They worked closely with our insurance company so we didn't have to deal with that.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly and the work itself was fast and efficient. The crew was polite and professional and always arrived when they said they would. They did an awesome job of cleaning and hauling away the old roof.

Getting a roof redone is probably the least exciting home renovation you can do but we were thrilled with the work and finished product.

I was unsure how much time was left on my roof and so I called up several companies to get feedback / estimates.

Another company gave me a quote and told me I had some damage and offered to repair it if I don't replace. Texas Cool Roof told me to not bother replacing and didn't bother giving me a quote. Instead, he patched a problematic hole on the spot and listed our all the things he said I needed repaired, with pictures showing me the problem. Several I knew about, so I knew the difference between him and the other company was thoroughness and not him trying to fleece me.

One problem in particular was my back patio which was damaged by a bad gutter install.He gave me an estimate for fixing part of it. I suspected there was some other damage as well and he gave me a flat fee for fixing anything found. It sounded like it was worse than the thought (had to replace a decent amount of deck and reroof the whole thing) but he never brought up wanting more money. He worked hard, got everything fixed up, and I'm happy with the results.

Denny was wonderful! I had what I thought was a leak on my roof. Denny responded to my message quickly and was very responsive, offering a next day/early morning assessment. Once he came, he inspected the area and realized that is was a minor fix that can be done on the spot. No charge and recommended just to keep an eye on it. I really appreciate his honesty. Will definitely call him again if there ever is trouble. Thanks Denny.
