Hired this contractor back in 2017. Original receipt stated "" TCRC roofing system workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years "" but as I let them know I have a few shingles raising up ( 6 years later ) they stated they do not warranty anything after a hurricane or other natural disasters has occurred. We had hurricane Harvey in 2017, a few months after the roof install.

Basically left to repair it myself. I used this company because of the warranty but had i known this would happen i would have used someone else. Buyer beware.?

These guys are really nice up to the point (until they get your credit card number. When I inspected the job they did in Port Aransas I was not happy. There were hundreds of nails on the ground (which they said blew over from the house next-door),

After you have paid them they won't go back even if every shingle they installed slid off into your yard.
Save yourself the hassle & find somebody whose been around longer and is more reputable.
The owner is full of himself because he was in the military. Or maybe he was always like that. Just because you own a roofing company does not impress people, It's not impressive, believe me.
I spent over $10,000 with these guys.
My advice to you is keep looking.

The crew at Texas Coastal Roofing is stellar. Led by Dean Messix, the company is talented, trustworthy, and runs its business with a level of integrity that is sadly harder to find these days. We turned to Texas coastal after our old roof sprung a leak following hail damage 2 or so tears ago. The new roof stood up well enough to Harvey to keep our second story dry and safe. As of last week, that roof was replaced given the damage... again by Dean and crew, and feel confident that this one will stand up to the next Category 4 storm with 130mph+ winds... God forbid Port A takes another direct hit.

Loved my experience with this company! I needed my roof replaced and they were very quick to come out and give me a reasonable quote. We experienced some weather issues at the beginning of the project that had to push the start date back a few days due to rain, but they were great to watch the weather and get it done in a timely manner. They kept the place as clean as you possibly can during a project like that. Would absolutely use them again!

I have a vacation rental in Port Aransas and I had a kitchen and bathroom remodeled in addition to tile flooring in stalled on the entire 1st floor. I am extremely happy with the entire process from getting a quote to the planning meetings to the completion of the job. The scope of work was well defined and Deane & his group executed it perfectly. Because I had renters checking in there were time constraints. Not only did Deane keep me informed of the progress he finished the project early which gave me extra time to put the house back together. I would hire them again in a minute.
