I contacted Texans Force and they connected me with Tomer roofing in Sept. 2019 to address a ceiling leak in my upstairs den. I am unsure of whether they are the same entity or if he is a subcontractor. Tomer and an assistant came out and said it was due to loose shingles and performed full maintenance. He engaged in high-pressure sales so I agreed to get the work done that same day of the estimate. They were done in less than 90 minutes, which was odd given the fact that they charged a couple hundred bucks. A few months later (April 2020) I noticed additional plaster cracking and falling. I reached back out to Tomer who did not respond. Now, the same area is growing mold. I reached out one more time to Tomer yesterday. He said he would come out today at 10. He didn't. At this point, I will find a new roofer to come out and do what Texans Force/Tomer Roofing CLEARLY did not. Beware. Pictures and screenshot will be attached.

Last year, I had major leaks from a previous tropical storm like Beta. I called Texans Force Roofing and they came out and replaced the 'roof jacks.' On Monday, when Tropical Storm Beta hit Houston, I discovered water pouring down the same location in my master bathroom. I called Texans Force Roofing and explained that the same problem had reappeared. I left a message for Ms. Basy to return my call to discuss the problem. Here it is 2.5 days later, and no one has returned my call, which signifies that they do not guarantee their work. I am totally disappointed in their service! I would think again before contacting them and verifying if their work is reputable.

They will quote you make promises and then charge your card for services not completed bunch of thieves. Please beware and stay clear. They were to make repairs on my roof did some taping on just the roof caps and then requested more money to do the actual work. After doing nothing really, they then said they would do the work but need to buy materials so please pay all the work prior to and then they would complete it. Never heard form them again. Crooks and thieves. Here name was Lauren the person I dealt with.

Texans Force performed roof repair due to Hurricane Harvey. Lauren, our project manager, is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the insurance process. This was a big help being that I am not well versed in it. She sat down with me to assist in deciding between the various roof shingles, colors, etc.
I shopped around and found their price is competitive. The crew got the job done faster than expected and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with their service. They are as good as it gets.

Horrible service! During this Harvey tragedy, we had been looking for someone to help us repair the roof and sheetrock damage in our home in Sugar Land. We live in Riverstone. I contacted Texans Force and they came out and gave what I thought was a reasonable quote, with a promise to do our work within the week if we accepted the bid. Well we did. They came out and ""repaired the roof"", we hope, but the sheetrock and paint are a whole different story. Our house has knock down texture and it's pretty standard. The first crew that they sent out repaired the sheetrock and then sprayed texture out of a can! Unbelievable. It's a pretty large section of the living room ceiling, around 8x8, and it looked flat in the part they repaired, no texture! So I called them back to redo. I hD already paid for half of the work, but didn't want to give remaining payment until they made my house right. So they showed up again, with a different crew. Well this time, we got orange peal texture and very thick. I tried to explain to the guys that my house clearly had knock down texture, and they proceeded to tell me that knock down texture was no longer in style, and that this is the new style! Well naturally I got angry because I can't have two texture styles on my ceiling in the same room and they were only repairing a piece. On top of all that, they left a huge mess of texture all over my hardwood and slate floors, because they failed to cover properly when spraying the texture. Then they just left, leaving me with the mess, because they said they were upset that I was angry. Well, who wouldn't be? So then, I called their office again to complain and this time I got the office manager, Lauren, to agree to come and look at what was done. I texted her photos and she acted shocked. She was apologetic and assured me it would be done correctly the third time. Well, she showed up on a Sunday morning at 7am with her new crew and coffee for us. When she saw the mess in person, she assured me it would all be corrected. So the guys showed up a few days later, very late, and once again, applied the wrong texture to the ceiling. When I asked them about why they weren't doing the ""knock down"" process, they informed me that everyone does it different and they needed to let it dry overnight and they were going to sand it the next day. Well I was frustrated because I knew it was not looking right, and they didn't finish that day as they said they would. They had told me they would return the next morning, but Lauren told my husband they couldn't return until several days later on a Sunday. When I called her to inquire why we had to wait, since we had been waiting, she told me that I was getting her in trouble and costing her money!! So I asked her not to return! I was very upset about this, and my house is still messed up. I proceeded to call the owner and he acted shocked by her behavior, and was apologetic and told me he would call me the next morning to see what could be done. Well I called him the next morning, since I had heard nothing, and he told me basically that they weren't going to finish my job, his crews were busy, and that I didn't have to pay the balance owed! But no repair!! And I was willing to complete the payment. So NEVER use this company unless you want terrible customer service! My house is still a wreck and I think these guys are taking advantage of Harvey victims! Beware!

My wife and I are using Texansforce for a major home remodel. We purchased a home in March and gutted it (with the help of Texansforce.) Within just a few weeks, the home is ready for floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Tomer's attention to detail and willingness to see how to make things work has been great. His crews are clean, timely and work hard to do the job correctly.
At this point in the remodel, the interior of the home looks and feels completely different. It is exciting to see such great work at such a great price. Feel free to use me and my wife as a reference.
