I found it hard to believe that a roofing company could be as good as their reviews, but Texan Roofing sure lives up to their reputation. While I had a hard time even getting other companies to come give me a quote, Adam came by on a Sunday (on a holiday weekend!) and gave me a fair bid. He also gave me his cell phone number and was super responsive from start to finish.

The re-roof started around 7:30am and was completed by 5 that same day. It was nice not having to worry if my exposed roof would be vulnerable to a rainstorm in the middle of the night. These guys are legit.

Sales pitch is great. Very professional, until you sign on the line. After that, a crew showed up, put the roof up and left without even saying they are done. They left my patio furniture and gas grill in the yard for me to move back. They left scraps and nails in my driveway which cost me a tire. Three follow up appointments with the rep were no shows with no notice or explanation. We still have shingles showing up in our yard after each storm. This may be left over mess, or something worse. Time will tell. I've been told the company will reimburse us for the tire. Time will tell. I can not recommend this company.

Our roof was damaged during hailstorms in 2015, severely enough to require an entire roof replacement. We had no prior experience with Texan Roofing until we encountered several glowing reviews during March of 2016 on various websites.Those reviews immediately piqued our interest in Texan Roofing. We are the type of homeowners who participates in all phases of the planning, execution and completion of home repairs of this magnitude.Upon our first initial meeting, we presented Brian Carpenter of Texan Roofing with a comprehensive itemized listing of our roofing issues, questions and concerns. Brian readily accepted the challenge of our concerns, and also indicated that our level of detail would allow Texan Roofing to ensure that they could complete this roofing project to the standards that we had requested.

We selected Texan Roofing to perform our roofing job, in part because of the company reputation, warranty, quality of product and workmanship, but also mainly because of the professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail and stellar customer service exhibited by Brian Carpenter of Texan Roofing, throughout all aspects of the roofing replacement project.

Brian Carpenter worked extensively with our insurance carrier concerning the details of the roofing project and explained the various portions of the insurance claim to us in minute detail. Brian proactively rescheduled the start of the roofing project by a day due to a potential rain threat, which instantly put our minds at ease.

Brian Carpenter was present for extended periods during the two-day roofing process. He arrived very early on the first day and assisted the roofing crew in meticulously covering and securing the patio, air conditioning units and other delicate outdoor items to our specifications.

The roofing crew itself was quiet, and worked extended hours with extreme proficiency. Once again, we must compliment Brian Carpenter on his ability to articulate our concerns for several special roofing nuances to the roofing crew, which allowed them to repair these roofing anomalies, some of which had existed since the original construction of our home.

Texan Roofing greatly exceeded our expectations in completing this roofing project. From our first initial contact with Brian Carpenter of Texan Roofing, through the final inspection process, there was an abundance of professionalism, quality of workmanship, quality of materials, and outstanding customer service.

It is extremely refreshing to encounter someone such as Brian Carpenter of Texan Roofing who combines product knowledge, industry expertise, integrity, efficiency and a personable attitude into their chosen profession. We consider Brian Carpenter an invaluable asset to the Texas Roofing team who relentlessly strives to ensure that the customer experience is positive from the first initial contact with homeowners through the completion of the project.

I dealt with Brian during the whole process. We did as Christine did (below) and got a few more estimates. Between the professionalism and thoroughness of the quote given by Texan Roofing I have to say the cheaper quote did not seem so appealing. You know this is something that needs to pass the test of time I wanted to know we picked the right contractor to help protect one of our biggest assets. By the way, the neighbors have already told us how outstanding it looks. Very impressed. You may save money going with someone else but the quality will probably suffer.

After Having a handyman repair my roof without success, I researched the web and found Texan Roofing. I contacted this company after reading great reviews and seeing their BBB A+ rating. Texan roofing came out to fix my leak, and they were very conscientious and where very efficient. They are a company I would recommend. And although there was a mix up with the schedule, initially, they were very apologetic about it and it was something that happened that was outside of their control. I didn't mind that at all.

I explained to them my extremely busy schedule, and they accommodated to a time when I could be home for the repair. They did a wonderful job with my roof, and they water tested the repair before leaving. They also gave me a one year warranty, something that not all companies will offer.

If you're looking for a good, professional, and caring company to meet your roof needs, give Texan Roofing a call. The second time, when we were able to reschedule a time when I would be home, Adam was very punctual, and supervised the job during the time that his Technician worked on my roof. I am confident that the work was done extremely well.

I would confidently say that this company has a great deal of integrity, and work ethic. I appreciate the professionalism on Adam's part, and Tim's - the owner - part. Thank you for your fine work. I will definitely call them when the time comes to replace my roof.

These guys are not so bad. They keep their schedule on time and are willing to do the job (if its fixing some leaks and things like that) right away considering you are not replacing the whole roof. Pricing are not gauged up either.

Update: After about 6 months and 2 visits, the leak is not fixed and started pouring even worse. I called a different company this time who will actually replace some vent stacks and not put more caulk like Tim did. We shall see.

Thursday, Tim Kana, came by to give a quote and within a week, the roof was completed! Tim takes care of business. If you're in need of a roof, we highly recommend Texan Roofing.

During a recent rain storm my roof started leaking in my game room. I was convinced I was going to need a new roof. Tim came out and determined that that water was probably coming in around a roof vent that had not been properly sealed. He sealed it up as well as the others as a preventive. Excellent customer service. Honest guy!

I had my roof done yesterday & couldn't wait to post my review! It looks awesome! Texan Roofing (Tim) came to give me an estimate looking very professional, wearing a company shirt & in his company truck. Being a wife that's home and allowing men in the home, I look for these forms of identification. His estimate included measurements, replacing vent covers, & painting existing pipes black to match the charcoal shingles I had picked. It also included replacing the drip edge. The price was good but I had another estimate set up for a few days later. I might as well compare prices, right? A waste of time. The guy came on a cold day. He asked to assess my roof from the attic (I'm assuming he's still going on the roof). Nope! He didn't even have a ladder. I watched him go back to his truck, start it, and sit there for 15 mins before coming back in. Of course I had to ask his thoughts to which he replied ""Well, you definitely need a new roof!"" This made me feel like he's dishonest. Not to mention his price was $2100 more to do less work (like leave existing drip edge). This was a no brainer. I called Tim back.
Texan roofing did a great job in one day. Riding through my neighborhood, I now have the best roof in my subdivision! I highly recommend them, you will not find a better price for the quality of work! The before and after pics are an added bonus!
