I called Joel Laminack for a quote based on previous reviews I saw on this site and was not disappointed. In fact, I was treated like his only customer (although I'm sure he has many) and found an excellent customer service experience. He followed up with me every step of the way including filing an insurance claim, installation of the new roof and finalization of the process. The crew did a great job of installation and clean-up. I had a great experience with an inspection by Tex Roofing. I sent several messages to different companies through Yelp after I had a huge branch fall on my house, and their response was quick and clear and they were able to offer a free inspection. The guy just came, right on time, and was very quick and let me know that my roof was fine. So while I can't speak to their repair services, I can tell you they won't try to upsell you on work you don't need!

I originally found Tex Roofing on Yelp. I wanted three roof estimates to make sure I knew what I was getting while also receiving the best value. They sent out Joel who was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. By first impression, I thought the price may be high because he started off by giving me a Tex Roofing coffee mug and had some high quality brochures with him. He gave me an estimate printout and some brochures. I did get two other estimates from other company's. I not only went with Tex Roofing because of price but also because of the warranty. They also have their own people instead of subcontractors. The roof looks amazing. They also did a great job on cleaning up the yard by running magnet rollers and making sure everything was clean before they left.

George Varela of Tex Roofing was great for the original quote to install TPO roofing on our roof wells. On top of it, gave us a very detailed quote. It did take them four (4) months to actually complete the work after all the paper work was complete.
He has been very difficult to work with in getting warranty work scheduled. We had our roof done in Apr 2015 and received a 5 year warranty on it. We've had some leaks this spring and our tile roofer was out the next day. I started contacting George, and Tex Roofing when George wouldn't answer my emails or calls, in May to come out and at least look at our roof. George finally came out the middle of July to inspect and he determined that they would reseal it and he would get me on the schedule. A month later, I have yet to hear from him and he doesn't reply to my inquiries.
My advise, choose someone else.

I received a great, detailed quote from Tex Roofing to paint the interior of my two-story house. We hired them for the job. Scott and his team professionally protected my furniture and floors and were in and out quickly. The house looks like new. I wish I had hired Tex Roofing sooner!

I called Tex Roofing after calling around for about an hour seriously, and they where the only ones willing to hear me out on the issues I had , I was experiencing a real bad leak in my master bedroom with this weeks storm, George came out and was super professional got on the roof checked my attic and showed me exactly what was causing my leak , some missing shingles from Harvey's wind storm. He scheduled his tech and by the next day problem fixed. My experience was amazing after no one really wanted to come out.

I would definitely call George again.

I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes and no one showed up or even gave me the courtesy of a call to say that they were going to be excessively late. This is after I confirmed the appointment the previous business day. I called their office a number of times to confirm that someone was coming, each time to be told that the estimator would call me back immediately, only to finally get a call after leaving saying ""I'm running a little bit late"". No apology, and he still wasn't even remotely close. When I scheduled the appointment I made it very explicit that I live half an hour away from the properties so a call when he was on the way was especially valuable to me. If you're looking for a company that follows through on even their most basic promises then you should certainly avoid this company at all costs.
