BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Very Unprofessional.
Terry Sowell Roofing Co. equates providing an estimate with approval to perform work. This company said they would call prior to showing up to my property--that never occurred. I received an email with an estimate which for a part of my roof not needing repair. I never contacted the company after receiving the estimate because I had no intention on allowing them to work on my property. The following week while I was at home, their workers showed up to my house and rang the doorbell. I didn't answer. About 2/3 minutes later, I hear someone on my roof. Needless to say I was very disappointed and asked them to leave immediately. When I called the company, Ashley, the receptionist was not in. I received a phone call back from someone named Michelle, and this individual was very unprofessional and rude. After admitting she sent the workers by mistake, she still made excuses for the workers being at my residence. At no time did I sign a contract and/or meet anyone from this company prior to them showing up to do repairs that they claim need to be done. I had to explain to her than an estimate does not give you approval to work on someone's property. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
